Description DISPOSITIF DE FIXATION D'UN COUSSINET ABSORBANT SUR UN SOUTIEN-GORGE
L'invention concerne un dispositif de fixation d'un coussinet absorbant sur un soutien-gorge, le coussinet absorbant étant fixé, lors de l'utilisation, sur le dispositif de fixation par des moyens appropriés, de sorte à être placé dans le creux de l'aisselle.
Une importance de plus en plus grande est accordée, dans la vie moderne, au confort et à l'esthétique. C'est ainsi que les normes d'hygiène et de confort que nous nous imposons sont de plus en plus strictes. La transpiration et l'odeur acre qui en découle sont deux facteurs considérés de plus en plus souvent comme gênants. Ils sont parfois interprétés comme un signe d'hygiène insuffisante de sorte que le marché de la cosmétique et du paramédical propose une grande gamme de produits destinés à combattre les inconvénients de la transpiration.
L'odeur corporelle, où l'odeur acre de la transpiration joue souvent un rôle principal, est combattue par différents moyens allant du simple parfum aux déodorants les plus sophistiqués. Ces moyens ne servent cependant qu'à cacher l'odeur de la transpiration ou à la neutraliser mais il n'en reste pas moins que la peau continue à transpirer en provoquant parfois des auréoles humides très visibles sur les vêtements, en particulier sous les aisselles.
Une autre solution consiste à absorber la sueur au fur et à mesure de son apparition. Pour cela, de nombreux inventeurs ont proposé de positionner des coussinets absorbants sous les aisselles.
Divers modes de fixation de ces coussinets ont été proposés. Dans les documents
US 2,669,720 et US 2,818,572, le coussinet est fixé directement sur la peau à l'aide de bandes adhésives. Cette solution a l'avantage de fixer le coussinet au plus près de la peau, mais l'utilisation de bandes adhésives n'est pas sans inconvénient, notamment du point de vue du risque d'irritation ou d'allergie.
Dans de nombreux autres documents, le coussinet est fixé dans l'emmanchure d'un vêtement. La fixation est assurée par des bandes adhésives. Cette seconde solution est retenue notamment dans les documents US 3,727,237, FR 2 268 479, US 3,156,924 et
US 4,545,080. Une variante de cette solution consiste à fixer le coussinet absorbant à
SUBSTmjrE SHEET (RULE 26) l'aide de ganses elles-mêmes fixées sur le vêtement comme cela est proposé dans le document FR 2 098 996.
Une troisième solution consiste à placer dans l'emmanchure une sorte de pochette dans laquelle est introduit le coussinet absorbant. Cette solution se retrouve dans les documents CH 149 070, US 3,744,056, DE 30 43 182 et DE 89 07 267.
Ces moyens de fixation du coussinet sur le vêtement ne sont cependant utilisables que lorsque le vêtement est muni d'une manche. Dans ce cas, le coussinet est placé à cheval sur l'emmanchure, une partie étant placée dans le tronc du vêtement, l'autre partie s'étendant dans le haut de la manche.
En l'absence de manche, la seconde partie ne peut pas être fixée. Certains auteurs ont proposé de couper le coussinet absorbant traditionnel et de ne fixer que la première partie dans le tronc du vêtement sans manche. C'est par exemple le cas présenté dans le document FR 2 098 996. Le demi-coussinet est fixé dans l'exemple cité au moyen de ganses.
Une quatrième solution consiste à fixer la partie libre du coussinet aux bras de l'utilisateur au moyen d'élastiques. Cependant, cette fixation peut s'avérer très rapidement désagréable en raison de la tension et du frottement occasionnés par la présence de l'élastique.
Une cinquième solution qui permet de contourner l'absence d'une manche pour supporter la seconde partie du coussinet a été présentée dans le document US 5,256,707. L'auteur propose de fixer des coussinets absorbants sur une sorte de brassière consistant en deux boucles formant emmanchures cousues sur une bande destinée à ceindre le corps de l'utilisateur. Les boucles sont formées en cousant ensemble les deux extrémités d'une lanière en dentelle de sorte à former une zone de jonction sur laquelle est fixé un coussinet absorbant. Cette brassière n'a pas d'autre fonction que de porter les coussinets absorbants. Elle s'ajoute donc aux autres vêtements et sous-vêtements habituels, notamment au soutien-gorge.
Tous ces documents ne s'intéressent qu'aux vêtements classiques sans jamais envisager de fixer le coussinet à un soutien-gorge. Or le soutien-gorge est un vêtement d'un type différent. Le bandeau et la bretelle ne forment pas une emmanchure telle que celles considérées précédemment. En effet, le bandeau est situé beaucoup plus bas que les emmanchures envisagées dans les documents cités ci-dessus. En fixant par exemple à l'intérieur du bandeau un demi-coussinet tel que celui proposé dans le document FR 2 098 996 déjà cité, le coussinet est placé trop loin de la source de transpiration pour l'absorber. Le vêtement porté par-dessus n'est donc pas protégé et le risque de formation d'auréoles est inchangé.
Une solution à ce problème a été proposée dans le document DE 296 16 796 qui a pour objet un support de coussin absorbant pouvant être courbé et fixé à un soutien- gorge. Ce support, formé d'une languette rigide dans sa partie inférieure et souple dans sa partie supérieure, est recouvert d'une couche absorbante. Cette couche absorbante fait soit partie intégrante du support de sorte qu'elle ne peut pas en être séparée, soit fait partie d'une sorte de chaussette qui est enfilée sur le support. La couche absorbante est maintenue en contact avec l'aisselle grâce à la languette souple qui s'incurve pour épouser la forme du creux de l'aisselle. La languette souple en suivant les mouvements du bras risque d'entraîner dans cette zone chaude et humide des frottements répétés tout au long de la journée, au risque de produire des irritations.
L'objectif de l'invention est de proposer un dispositif de fixation d'un coussinet absorbant sur un soutien-gorge, qui maintienne de façon sûre le coussinet absorbant au niveau de l'aisselle tout en diminuant les risques d'irritation dus aux frottements.
Cet objectif est atteint par le dispositif de l'invention qui, dans sa position d'utilisation, reste sensiblement parallèle au torse de l'utilisatrice. Le coussinet se trouve ainsi maintenu en contact avec la cavité de l'aisselle dont il peut absorber la transpiration sans pour autant produire de frottement important lorsque les bras sont bougés car il ne suit pas leurs mouvements. Le coussinet absorbant peut être placé d'un seul côté du dispositif de fixation de sorte qu'il n'entre en contact qu'avec le torse de l'utilisatrice. Il peut également être placé à cheval sur le sommet du dispositif de fixation de sorte qu'il entre en contact aussi bien avec le torse de l'utilisatrice qu'avec le haut de son bras lorsque celui-ci est en position basse.
Il est conforme à l'invention que le dispositif de fixation soit fixé sur le soutien-gorge par thermocollage, par couture ou au moyen d'une fixation auto-agrippante de type Velcro®. Ce dispositif de fixation est alors un accessoire que l'on peut fixer à un soutien- gorge classique. La fixation pourra être définitive, dans ce cas on choisira par exemple de le fixer au soutien-gorge par thermocollage ou par couture. Il est également possible de préférer un dispositif de fixation amovible, auquel cas il pourra être fixé au soutien-gorge par une fixation de type Velcro®. Ce mode de fixation du dispositif de fixation est très souple. Il permet de s'adapter à tous les modèles et toutes les tailles de bandeau. L'usure du bandeau est moindre qu'avec une fixation de type pince. On placera de préférence la partie « douce » de la bande auto-agrippante sur le soutien-gorge et la partie « rugueuse » sur le dispositif de fixation. La bande auto-agrippante est fixée sur le soutien-gorge par couture, par thermocollage ou par tout autre moyen approprié.
Une variante de réalisation de l'invention prévoit que le dispositif de fixation fait partie intégrante du soutien-gorge. Dans ce cas, le dispositif de fixation est formé en élargissant le bandeau du soutien-gorge, destiné à ceindre le torse lors de l'utilisation, dans sa partie située au-dessous de l'aisselle, de sorte que le bord supérieur de cette partie du bandeau se situe près du creux de l'aisselle lorsque le soutien-gorge est porté.
Le coussinet absorbant peut être fixé de différentes façons sur le dispositif de fixation. Une première solution consiste à munir le dispositif de fixation et le coussinet absorbant d'éléments complémentaires d'une fixation auto-agrippante de type Velcro®. Dans ce cas, il sera préférable, surtout lorsque le dispositif de fixation n'est pas amovible, de placer la partie « douce » de la fixation auto-agrippante sur le dispositif de fixation et la partie « rugueuse » sur le coussinet. Ainsi, il sera possible de ne pas placer de coussinet absorbant, sans pour autant être gêné par l'élément de fixation resté libre sur le dispositif de fixation.
Une autre solution consiste à munir le coussinet absorbant d'un élément de fixation adhésif. Le coussinet peut alors être collé sur le dispositif de fixation.
Une troisième solution consiste à munir le dispositif de fixation d'au moins une pochette dans laquelle l'une des extrémités du coussinet absorbant peut être introduite. La pochette peut être placée soit d'un seul côté soit des deux côtés. La pochette peut être associée à une fixation par éléments auto-agrippants et / ou par élément adhésif. Grâce à la pochette, l'extrémité du coussinet ne risque pas de se décoller. Lorsque deux pochettes sont envisagées, il est possible que ces deux pochettes recouvrent pratiquement l'ensemble du coussinet absorbant. Un recouvrement partiel peut suffire, surtout si d'autres modes de fixation sont prévus en plus. Par contre, si aucune autre fixation n'est prévue, il sera préférable d'employer une pochette recouvrant entièrement le coussinet. Pour un meilleur résultat et un confort accru, il est préférable que la partie de la pochette dirigée vers le corps soit perméable à l'humidité. Ce sera même obligatoire si la pochette recouvre entièrement le coussinet absorbant. La pochette sera obtenue par fixation par un moyen approprié, par exemple par couture, d'une bande de tissu sur le dispositif de fixation. Dans le cas où le dispositif de fixation fait partie intégrante du soutien-gorge, le fond de la pochette sera formé par le bandeau du soutien-gorge.
Pour la mise en œuvre de l'invention, il est prévu un soutien-gorge muni d'au moins un dispositif de fixation conforme à l'invention.
Une forme particulière de réalisation d'un soutien-gorge conforme à l'invention prévoit que le bandeau destiné à ceindre le torse lorsque le soutien-gorge est porté est suffisamment large dans sa partie située au-dessous de l'aisselle pour que le bord supérieur dudit bandeau se situe près de celle-ci lorsque le soutien-gorge est porté. Cette solution permet de fixer directement le coussinet sur le soutien-gorge tout en assurant un positionnement sûr de celui-ci, même lorsque son utilisatrice fait de larges mouvements. Pour un maintien plus sûr du coussinet, il peut être nécessaire de munir le soutien-gorge de cette forme d'une pochette empêchant le décollement par les bords du coussinet absorbant.
Les exemples de réalisation présentés dans la description ci-dessous se référant aux figures annexées permettront de bien comprendre l'invention.
La figure 1 représente un soutien-gorge muni d'un coussinet absorbant fixé sur celui-ci à l'aide d'un dispositif de fixation amovible conforme à l'invention ;
La figure 2 représente un dispositif de fixation amovible muni de deux pochettes recouvrant partiellement un coussinet absorbant ;
La figure 3 représente un soutien-gorge, muni d'un coussinet absorbant, dont le bandeau est élargi au niveau des aisselles afin de s'approcher de celles-ci.
Deux modes particuliers de réalisation de l'invention sont présentés ci-dessous :
• une pièce séparée (3) fixée au soutien-gorge (2) par un moyen approprié de façon définitive ou de façon amovible (figures 1 et 2) et
• une pièce (10) faisant partie intégrante du soutien-gorge (2) (figure 3). Le dispositif de fixation (3) consiste en un support (5) relativement rigide qui est fixé au soutien-gorge (2) soit de façon définitive par couture ou par thermocollage soit de façon amovible par exemple au moyen d'éléments auto-agrippants (7).
Le dispositif de fixation (3) doit être suffisamment rigide pour maintenir le coussinet absorbant (1) suffisamment haut et ne pas s'avachir au cours de l'utilisation sous l'effet de la chaleur et de l'humidité. La rigidité du support (5) peut être obtenue par exemple en cousant l'une sur l'autre deux bandes d'un tissu en coton renforcé par une ou plusieurs épaisseurs de thermocollant. Ces matériaux ont l'avantage d'être très bien supportés, de ne pas avoir d'odeur et d'être facilement lavables avec le reste du linge. Le dispositif de fixation (3) ainsi réalisé est cependant suffisamment souple pour s'adapter au profil de l'utilisatrice.
Si le support (5) est fixé au soutien-gorge (2) au moyen d'éléments auto-agrippants (7), il sera préférable de placer l'élément auto-agrippant « doux » sur le soutien-gorge (2) et l'élément auto-agrippant « rugueux » (7) sur le support (5). Il sera ainsi possible de continuer à porter le soutien-gorge (2) même en l'absence de dispositif de fixation (3).
Le coussinet absorbant (1) est fixé sur le support (5) du dispositif de fixation (3) par des moyens (6) appropriés. Un premier moyen économique consiste à munir la face étanche du coussinet absorbant (1) d'une bande adhesive (6). Le coussinet (1) est alors collé sur le haut du support (5). Une autre solution consiste à munir le coussinet (1) d'un élément auto-agrippant complémentaire d'un élément auto-agrippant fixé sur le haut du support (5). Cette solution à l'avantage de permettre un repositionnement facile du coussinet (1). Il sera préférable que la partie « douce » des éléments auto-agrippants soit fixée sur le support (5) et la partie « rugueuse » sur le coussinet (1).
Une troisième solution consiste à fixer au moins d'un côté du support (5) une bande de sorte à former la cavité d'une pochette (4) dans laquelle une extrémité du coussinet est introduite. Il n'est pas nécessaire que la pochette (4) recouvre entièrement le coussinet (1). Un recouvrement partiel peut suffire, surtout si d'autres modes de fixation (6) sont prévus en plus, comme par exemple la bande adhesive ou les éléments auto-agrippants évoqués précédemment. Par contre, si aucune autre fixation n'est prévue, il sera préférable d'employer une pochette (4) recouvrant presque entièrement le coussinet (1). Pour un meilleur résultat et un confort accru, il est préférable que la partie de la pochette (4) dirigée vers le corps soit perméable à l'humidité. Ce sera même obligatoire si la pochette (4) recouvre entièrement le coussinet absorbant (1). La pochette (4) peut être formée simplement par fixation sur le support (5) d'une ou plusieurs bandes d'un matériau adéquat tel que du tissu aux dimensions adaptées, de sorte que la partie inférieure de la pochette (4) est constituée par le support (5). Elle peut également être formée par une pochette complète, elle-même fixée au support (5).
La figure 2 montre comment le coussinet absorbant (1) est placé à cheval sur le support (5) du dispositif de fixation (3). Il est cependant possible d'utiliser des coussinets absorbants (1) de dimensions plus petites qui ne soient fixés que sur une face du support (5). Dans ce cas, il n'y aura qu'une pochette (4).
La figure 3 présente une alternative au dispositif de fixation (3) fixé au soutien-gorge (2) comme le montrent les figures 1 et 2. Ici, le bandeau (8) du soutien-gorge (2) est élargi au niveau des aisselles de sorte que le bord supérieur (9) du bandeau (8) se situe près des aisselles lorsque le soutien-gorge (2) est porté. L'élargissement du bandeau remplit la fonction de dispositif de fixation (10). La forme d'un soutien-gorge (1) de ce type autorise la fixation d'un coussinet absorbant (1) sans être obligé de faire appel à une pochette (4). En effet, ce coussinet (1) est fermement maintenu par le bandeau (8) contre le torse au niveau de l'aisselle. Une pochette (4) peut cependant être prévue, notamment à l'extérieur du bandeau (8) pour fixer l'extrémité du coussinet absorbant et éviter ainsi qu'elle ne se décolle en raison des frottements dus aux mouvements. Ici aussi, il pourra être utile de combiner un mode de fixation par bande adhesive et / ou éléments auto-agrippants et une fixation par pochette. De même, ce dispositif (10) pourra être utilisé aussi bien avec un coussinet absorbant placé à cheval sur le bord supérieur (9) du soutien-gorge (2) qu'avec un petit coussinet fixé uniquement sur la face interne du bandeau (8). Si le coussinet absorbant (1) doit être fixé à l'aide d'éléments de fixation auto-agrippants, il faudra fixer l'élément « doux » sur le dispositif de fixation (10) du bandeau (8) et l'élément « rugueux » sur le coussinet absorbant (1).
Lorsqu'il est fixé à un soutien-gorge et qu'il est muni d'un coussinet absorbant, le dispositif de fixation permet d'absorber la transpiration exsudée par les aisselles. Le dispositif de fixation ne suivant pas directement les mouvements des bras, les frottements sont limités au maximum. En choisissant un support relativement rigide, on est cependant certain de maintenir le coussinet absorbant au niveau de l'aisselle.

Claims

Revendications
1. Dispositif de fixation d'un coussinet absorbant sur un soutien-gorge, le coussinet absorbant étant fixé, lors de l'utilisation, sur le dispositif de fixation par des moyens appropriés, de sorte à être placé dans le creux de l'aisselle, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de fixation (3, 10), dans sa position d'utilisation, reste sensiblement parallèle au torse de l'utilisatrice.
2. Dispositif de fixation selon la revendication 1 , caractérisé en ce qu'il est fixé sur le soutien-gorge (2) par thermocollage, par couture ou au moyen d'une fixation auto- agrippante (7) de type Velcro®.
3. Dispositif de fixation selon la revendication 1 , caractérisé en ce qu'il est formé en élargissant le bandeau (8) du soutien-gorge (2), destiné à ceindre le torse lors de l'utilisation, dans sa partie située au-dessous de l'aisselle, de sorte que le bord supérieur (9) de cette partie du bandeau (8) se situe près du creux de l'aisselle lorsque le soutien-gorge (2) est porté.
4. Dispositif de fixation selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le coussinet absorbant (1) est fixé sur une seule face dudit dispositif de fixation
(3, 10).
5. Dispositif de fixation selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le coussinet absorbant (1) est placé à cheval sur l'extrémité supérieure du dispositif de fixation (3, 10), de sorte à en couvrir au moins partiellement les deux faces.
6. Dispositif de fixation selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de fixation (6) du coussinet absorbant (1) sur le dispositif de fixation (3, 10) sont constitués par un élément de fixation auto-agrippant (6) de type Velcro® pouvant coopérer avec un élément complémentaire porté par le coussinet absorbant (1).
7. Dispositif de fixation selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de fixation du coussinet absorbant (1) sur le dispositif de fixation (3, 10) sont constitués par un élément de fixation adhésif (6) porté par le coussinet absorbant (1), destiné à être collé contre le dispositif de fixation (3, 10).
8. Dispositif de fixation selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il est muni d'au moins une pochette (4) dans laquelle l'une des extrémités du coussinet absorbant (1) peut être introduite.
9. Soutien-gorge, caractérisé en ce qu'il est muni d'au moins un dispositif de fixation (3, 10) selon l'une des revendications précédentes.
10. Soutien-gorge selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que le bandeau (8) destiné à ceindre le torse lorsque le soutien-gorge (2) est porté est suffisamment large dans sa partie située au-dessous de l'aisselle pour que le bord supérieur (9) dudit bandeau (8) se situe près du creux de l'aisselle lorsque le soutien- gorge (2) est porté.
