Claims (8)

  1. Ligne électrique flexible comprenant une âme de câble constituée de plusieurs conducteurs isolés câblés ensemble, une enveloppe interne (13) remplissant les goussets de câblage, un enroulement (14) reposant sur l'enveloppe interne (13), une tresse d'armure (15) comprenant un recouvrement optique de 30 à 80 %, ainsi qu'une enveloppe externe (16) en plastique traversant les espaces intermédiaires de la tresse d'armure (15), dans laquelle les éléments d'armure (17) formant la tresse d'armure sont entourés par plusieurs fils en acier (18) disposés les uns à côté des autres et/ou des fils de polyaramide (18) se trouvant dans une matrice en polyamide, qui sont entourés par une gaine (19) en polyamide.
  2. Ligne selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les conducteurs isolés sont guidés sous forme de faisceaux de fils (2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7).
  3. Ligne flexible selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que les conducteurs sont toronnés sur un élément de coeur central (1) stable en traction et en compression.
  4. Ligne selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que des éléments allongés stables en traction et en compression sont disposés dans les goussets de câblage.
  5. Ligne selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce que l'enveloppe interne (13) se compose de polyuréthanne thermoplastique.
  6. Ligne selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée en ce que l'élément de coeur (1) stable en traction et en compression est un câble d'acier (1a) avec une gaine compressible (1b).
  7. Ligne flexible selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisée en ce que l'enroulement (14) se compose d'une nappe de fibres.
  8. Ligne flexible selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisée en ce que l'enveloppe externe (16) se compose de polyuréthanne thermoplastique.
