Claims (9)
- Aus einem Strangpreßprofil gefertigte Lamelle für eine Beschattungs- oder Lichtlenkungseinrichtung eines Gebäudes, wobei die Lamelle mit einem in ihrer Längsrichtung verlaufenden Lagerkanal zur Aufnahme von Lagerbolzen ausgestattet ist, welche im Bereich der Lamellenstirnseiten teilweise in den Lagerkanal hineinragend in diesem Lagerkanal festgelegt sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Lagerkanal (1) in seinem Querschnitt durch voneinander getrennte Lagerbereiche (4, 5, 6) begrenzt ist, die zumindest teilweise von dem Lagerbolzen (2) elastisch verformt sind und somit den jeweiligen Lagerbolzen (2) nach Art einer toleranzausgleichenden Preßpassung fixieren.
- Lamelle nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lagerbolzen (2) an ihren in den Lagerkanal (1) hineinragenden vorderen Enden (9) konisch verjüngt ausgebildet sind.
- Lamelle nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß von den Außenflächen ausgehende, druckfeste Stege (3) vorgesehen sind, die im Bereich ihrer den Lagerkanal (1) teilweise begrenzenden freien Enden mit in Richtung des Lagerkanales (1) vorstehenden Klemmstegen (4) ausgestattet sind.
- Lamelle nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich die Klemmstege (4) seitlich über die Stege (3) hinaus vorstehend erstrecken.
- Lamelle nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Übergangsbereich zwischen den Stegen (3) und den Klemmstegen (4) Verformungskerben (7) zur Erleichterung einer elastischen Verformung der Klemmstege (4) relativ zum jeweiligen durckfesten Steg (3) vorgesehen sind.
- Lamelle nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß um vorzugsweise 90° versetzt zu den Stegen (3) mit den Klemmstegen (4) angeordnete Wandungen (5) vorgesehen sind, die einen weiteren Teilbereich des Lagerkanales (1) begrenzen.
- Lamelle nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die inneren Lagerflächen (5a) der Wandungen (5) im Vormontagezustand einen Querschnitt zwischen sich einschließen, der kleiner ist als der entsprechende Querschnitt des lagerwirksamen Bereiches (8) der Lagerbolzen (2), so daß die besagten Wandungen (5) im montierten Zustand der Lagerbolzen (2) elastisch verformt sind.
- Lamelle nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1-6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Wandungen 5 an ihren dem Lagerkanal (1) zugewandten Innenflächen mit in Richtung des Lagerkanales (1) vorspringenden Anlagestegen (6) ausgestattet sind, an denen der lagerwirksame Bereich (8) der Lagerbolzen (2) im montierten Zustand nach Art eines Preßsitzes anliegt.
- Lamelle nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die axiale Eindringtiefe jedes Lagerbolzens (2) in den Lagerkanal (1) begrenzt ist durch einen in einer Ringnut des Lagerbolzens (2) fixierten Seeger-Ring (10) oder durch einen am Lagerbolzen (2) vorgesehen Absatz, Anlagebund oder dergleichen.
