Derartige Steuer- bzw. Regelungseinrichtungen für Dunstabzugshauben sind bekannt. In
der DE 199 07 149 A1, die noch weitere Quellen zum Stand der Technik benennt, wird
eine Dunstabzugsvorrichtung beschrieben, die mit einer Dunsterfassungssensorik und
zusätzlich mit einer eine anhaltende Aktivität der Kochstellenbereichs-Anschaltung
mittelbar oder unmittelbar erfassenden Sensorik als Ansteuerorgane einer
Steuerschaltung zur Inbetriebnahme der Dunstabzugsvorrichtung ausgestattet ist. Die
Steuerschaltung ist derart funktionstechnisch konfiguriert, dass bei dem von der
zusätzlichen Sensorik erfassten Kriterium einer Kochbereichs-Anschaltung für deren
Dauer Steuerschaltungsbereiche für eine automatische Steuerung unter Einschluss der
Dunsterfassungssensorik aktiviert sind.
Die zusätzliche Sensorik wird über eine Kleinststromversorgung im Stand-By-Betrieb in
Dauereinsatz gehalten, so dass diese zusätzliche Sensorik jederzeit in der Lage ist, ein
typisches Kriterium für die Kochbereichs-Anschaltung zu detektieren. Ein derartiges
Kriterium ist nach der DE 199 07 149 A1 die Restwärmeanzeige, was aber voraussetzt,
dass bereits eine relevante Heizleistung der Kochstelle zugeführt sein muss. Für
zweckmäßiger wird es gehalten, die Inbetriebnahme der Kochstellensteuerung selbst zu
detektieren, d. h. beispielsweise auf die Betätigung eines Hauptschalters oder sonstiger
Eingabeorgane zu reagieren.Such control devices for extractor hoods are known. Erfindungsgemäß ist zum Betrieb einer steuer- bzw. regelbaren Dunstabzugshaube, bei

Steuern/Regeln insbesondere der Absaugleistung der Dunstabzugshaube eingesetzt
werden, vorgesehen, dass die Stromaufnahme des Kochfeldes mit einem oder mehreren
Messwertaufnehmern gemessen wird, und die Messwerte durch eine Auswerteeinheit
verarbeitet werden, derart, dass mit steigender Stromaufnahme die Absaugleistung der
Dunstabzugshaube erhöht wird und umgekehrt.
Weiterhin ist in einer vorteilhaften Ausgestaltung vorgesehen, dass bei sinkender
Stromaufnahme die Auswerteeinheit eine verzögerte Reduzierung der Absaugleistung
