Ein Anwender muß deshalb den Garvorgang ständig überwachen. Komfortablere Bedienungselemente gestatten zeitgesteuerte Ankoch- bzw. Anbratphasen eines Garvorganges. Claims (9)

Kochmulde (1) für Gargut mit einem eine Kochstelle (2) aufheizenden Heizkörper (3), dessen elektrische Heizleistung an Garkenngrößen (7,8), z.B. unterschiedliche Garungsarten (7) oder Garungsintensitäten (8) anpaßbar ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, - daß eine Regel- oder Steuereinrichtung (5) die Temperatur der Kochstelle (2) überwacht und zu ihrer Temperaturregelung den Heizkörper (3) temperaturabhängig ansteuert, - daß an einem mit der Regel- oder Steuereinrichtung (5) gekoppelten Bedienfeld (6) mindestens eine erste Garkenngröße (7,8) frei wählbar und eingebbar ist und - daß die Regel- oder Steuereinrichtung (5) der eingegebenen Garkenngröße (7,8) eine vorbestimmte Temperatur für die Kochstelle (2) und gegebenenfalls mindestens eine vorbestimmte Garkenngröße zur automatischen Regelung des Garvorganges zuordnet.
