Abstract

L'invention concerne un site Web (5) se trouvant sur un système de serveur informatique (2) et contenant (pour l'accès navigateur) une base de données d'artistes clients (15) auxquels on attribue une page Web individuelle (45b) permettant la présentation d'oeuvres musicales à vendre. Un acheteur (10) consultant ce site Web peut évaluer et lancer une opération d'achat d'un ou de plusieurs enregistrements directement avec ce site Web (5). Ledit site Web facture à chaque artiste client (15) un pourcentage du prix de chaque achat effectué par un acheteur (10). Ce site Web (5) et ses propriétaires peuvent encaisser des paiements, obtenir des données d'expédition à partir de l'acheteur, déduire un droit d'utilisation du site Web du prix d'achat et envoyer le bon de commande et le paiement de l'artiste client vers l'artiste client ou son représentant.
