Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to an arm bearing for a Articulated arm awning, with a pedestal, which is about a tilt axis is pivotally attached to a trestle and the one end at least one bearing eye for rotatably receiving has an awning arm, further with a threaded rod for Limit a maximum tilt angle between the trestle and the bracket, with a first end of the threaded rod adjustable is screwed into a receptacle of the trestle and a second end of the threaded rod having a head, the at a maximum tilt angle on a stop of the bearing block is present, finally with a locking element with which at maximum Tilt angle of the head of the threaded rod can be fixed to the stop is.
Such an arm bearing is from the German utility model G 87 09 415 U1 known.
In the known arm bearing, which is due to the pivotable Connection between the bearing block and the trestle also as Is called tilt joint, the locking element consists of a Elbow, one leg of which at the rotatable end of the Awning arm is attached while the other leg is free projects. The arrangement is dimensioned such that a rotation of the awning arm has the consequence that the second leg of the contra-angle handpiece is turned over the head of the threaded rod and fixed it to the stop of the bearing block. On In this way, a high-voltage protection is implemented, which prevents that the tilted pedestal unintentionally into one strikes back more tilted position. This can happen with a otherwise the extended awning will pass if, for example a gust of wind falls from below under the awning cloth.
The known arm bearing is comparatively simple in construction. However, it does not offer the possibility of fixing the threaded rod if necessary from the angle of rotation of the awning arm to decouple. For this reason, the well-known arm bearing not as a rigid arm bearing with an adjustable angle of inclination usable.
An arm bearing for an articulated arm awning is also known from EP 0 397 906 A1 known, in which the bearing block and the trestle are arranged pivotable to each other about a tilt axis. As High-impact protection in turn acts as a blocking element, which in this case is designed as a translationally movable locking slide is. This is the underlying problem there regardless of any attack and can easily getting produced. An alternative use of this articulated arm bearing in the form of a rigid arm bearing with adjustable However, the inclination angle is not provided in this case either.
It is an object of the present invention, an arm bearing type mentioned in such a way that it on simple way either as an articulated arm bearing or as a rigid arm bearing with an adjustable angle of inclination is usable.
This task is achieved in the arm bearing mentioned above solved that the locking element is a translationally movable Locking slide includes that with a connecting element the awning arm can be coupled, the connecting element being a Rotating movement of the awning arm into a translational movement of the gate valve.
In contrast to the known arm bearings in the present In case a connecting element is provided, its elimination or Removal has the consequence that the gate valve from the movement of the awning arm is decoupled. This in turn leads to the fact that the locking slide the head of the threaded rod independently of one Fix the angle of rotation position of the awning arm to the stop can, so that the arm bearing regardless of the position of the Awning arm maintains a tilt angle once set. This is the function of a rigid arm bearing, its tilt angle is adjustable using the threaded rod.
On the other hand, if the connecting element is used, influences the angular position of the awning arm the translational position of the gate valve. This has the consequence that the locking slide depending on the angle of rotation of the awning arm the tilt joint between the pedestal and the trestle releases, so that the bearing block can be folded up. In This operating mode is therefore an articulated arm bearing.
The arm bearing according to the invention can therefore only by the optional use of the connecting element from a tilt joint arm bearing to be converted to a rigid arm bearing and vice versa. As with the following examples is shown, the optional use of the connecting element easy to implement technically and constructively. The arm bearing according to the invention can be correspondingly simple either as an articulated arm bearing or as a rigid arm bearing be used.
Die genannte Aufgabe ist daher vollständig gelöst.The stated task is therefore completely solved.

an dem Anschlag 50 zur Anlage kommt. In the illustration in Fig. 2 it can be seen that the bearing
dar.The
The locking
The locking
Tragbock 12 herangeklappt.In Figures 1 and 2, the locking
The bearing
As can be seen from the illustration in FIGS. 1 to 4
is, the unlocking and locking of the threaded
nimmt. Fehlt diese Wirkverbindung, verbleibt der Sperrschieber
62 unabhängig von der Drehwinkelposition des Gelenkschaftes 24
in seiner eingenommenen, translatorischen Position.The
This is the case for the one illustrated below with reference to FIGS. 5 to 8 Embodiment of the arm bearing used a rigid arm bearing with an adjustable angle of inclination to realize. The same reference numerals designate the same elements as in the previous figures.
In Fig. 5 und 6 ist ein zweites Ausführungsbeispiel des erfindungsgemäßen Armlagers in seiner Gesamtheit mit der Bezugsziffer 80 bezeichnet.5 and 6 is a second embodiment of the invention Armlager in its entirety with the reference number Designated 80.
The
5 und 6 ist der Kippwinkel α = 60°.As a result of the lack of an active connection between the
The
Figures 7 and 8 show the
44 des Kopfes 42 entspricht.FIG. 9 shows a particularly preferred possibility
to adjust the tilt angle α of the
In a further embodiment, the end face of the
