Abstract

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Komponente einer Strömungsmaschine, insbesondere einer Gasturbine, die Kühlkanäle (4) für ein Kühlmedium sowie zumindest eine Inspektionsöffnung (5) aufweist, durch die hindurch eine Inspektion des Inneren der Komponente ermöglicht wird. Die Komponente zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass die Inspektionsöffnung (5) derart angeordnet und dimensioniert ist, dass sie gleichzeitig die Funktion einer Staubaustragsöffnung für im Kühlmedium enthaltene Staub- oder Schmutzpartikel erfüllt.
Durch die Kombination einer Staubaustragsöffnung mit einer Inspektionsöffnung wird eine einfache Inspektionsmöglichkeit geboten, ohne zusätzliche den Wirkungsgrad beeinflussende Öffnungen in der Komponente vorsehen zu müssen.
