Claims (9)
- Dispositif d'assemblage de sécurité pour cadres en profilés (1) destinés à recevoir des remplissages (2) serrés dans lesdits profilés de cadre (1) par l'intermédiaire de parcloses (3), caractérisé en ce qu'il est essentiellement constitué par un moyen de liaison (5) pouvant coopérer directement par accrochage avec les bords de deux cadres profilés (1) opposés par leurs chants, par au moins un moyen (6) de blocage de la liaison par serrage desdits cadres sur le moyen de liaison (5) et par au moins un moyen (7) de recouvrement de la liaison du côté du blocage.
- Dispositif d'assemblage, suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le moyen de liaison (5) se présente sous forme d'un élément profilé de section plane pourvu à une extrémité d'éléments (8) d'accrochage destinés à coopérer avec des évidements (9) de forme correspondante prévus sur les bords de l'âme (1') du cadre (1).
- Dispositif d'assemblage, suivant la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que les évidements (9) présentent une section transversale triangulaire et les éléments d'accrochage (8), prévus à une extrémité de l'élément profilé formant le moyen de liaison (5), sont sous forme de rebords de section transversale triangulaire reliés à l'élément profilé formant le moyen (5) par l'intermédiaire d'une petite traverse longitudinale (8'), la distance entre les extrémités des éléments d'accrochage (8) correspondant sensiblement à celles entre les pointes des évidements (9) des cadres (1) en position d'application desdits cadres (1) par leur âme (1') contre les faces de l'élément profilé formant le moyen de liaison (5).
- Dispositif d'assemblage, suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 2 et 3, caractérisé en ce que les évidements (9) prévus sur les bords de l'âme (1') des cadres (1) sont munis à leur extrémité borgne d'une rainure circulaire (9') de logement d'un joint d'étanchéité (13).
- Dispositif d'assemblage, suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le moyen (6) de blocage de la liaison se présente sous forme d'une clavette, dont la section correspond à celle des éléments d'accrochage (8) et à leur petite traverse de liaison longitudinale (8'), cette clavette coopérant, pour le serrage des cadres (1) sur les faces de l'élément profilé formant le moyen de liaison (5), avec un évidement longitudinal d'insertion et de serrage (10) en forme de coin, prévu près du bord longitudinal libre dudit élément profilé formant le moyen de liaison (5), le bord de cet évidement longitudinal (10) éloigné du bord longitudinal libre de l'élément profilé (5) étant parallèle à la traverse (8') de liaison longitudinale de l'autre bord de l'élément profilé (5) et à une distance de cette traverse correspondant sensiblement à l'écartement entre les bords des âmes (1') des cadres (1), de manière à réaliser une application à force de la clavette formant le moyen de blocage (6), par ces rebords de section triangulaire, dans les évidements (9) correspondant des bords des âmes 1' desdits cadres (1).
- Dispositif d'assemblage, suivant la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que la distance entre le bord de l'évidement (10) s'étendant parallèlement à la traverse de liaison longitudinale (8') et le bord intérieur de cette traverse est légèrement inférieure à la largeur des cadres (1) au niveau des bords de leur âme (1').
- Dispositif d'assemblage, suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que, du côté libre opposé à celui portant les éléments d'accrochage (8) par l'intermédiaire de la traverse longitudinale de liaison (8'), l'élément profilé à section plane formant le moyen de liaison (5) est pourvu du moyen (7) de recouvrement de la liaison du côté du blocage, sous forme d'un dispositif (11) de fixation par encliquetage d'un profilé de finition longitudinal (12) recouvrant le moyen de blocage (6) et les parties de bord correspondantes des ailes du cadre (1) comportant près de leur bord de liaison avec les âmes (1') les évidements (9).
- Dispositif d'assemblage, suivant la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif (11) se présente sous forme d'indentations longitudinales parallèles légèrement en saillie par rapport aux faces correspondantes de l'élément profilé à section plane formant le moyen de liaison (5) et le profilé de finition longitudinal (12) est pourvu d'un élément central longitudinal à section en forme de U pourvu intérieurement d'indentations correspondantes à celles formant le dispositif (11), cet élément central longitudinal étant élastiquement déformable.
- Dispositif d'assemblage, suivant la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que le profilé de finition longitudinal (12) est de forme et de section quelconques et présente une partie concave délimitée par deux ailes (12') d'appui sur les bords des ailes du cadre (1), au-delà des évidements (9).
