Abstract

Beschrieben werden eine Vorrichtung und ein Verfahren zur Erfassung der Temperatur eines Kochgefäßes (25), das auf einer Kochplatte eines Wärmegerätes, beispielsweise auf der Glaskeramikplatte (2) eines induktiven Kochherdes (1), im Bereich einer Heizzone (3) aufgestellt ist. Im Bereich der Heizzone (3) ist auf der Oberseite der Kochplatte mindestens ein, beispielsweise durch eine Farbschicht gebildetes, flaches Meßelement (15, 16, 17) angebracht, dessen Oberseite (18, 19, 20) bei Aufstellen des Kochgefäßes (25) in flächigem Berührungskontakt mit dem Kochgefäßboden (26) tritt. Dadurch gleicht sich die Temperatur des Meßelementes (15, 16, 17) durch Wärmeleitung der Kochgefäßtemperatur zuverlässig an, so daß durch Bestimmung der Meßelementtemperatur die Kochgefäßtemperatur bestimmbar ist. Das Meßelement (15, 16, 17) kann als Referenzmeßfläche zur Infrarottemperaturmessung durch die Kochplatte hindurch genutzt werden, wobei die Genauigkeit der Temperaturmessung unabhängig ist von der Emissionsfähigkeit des aufgestellten Kochgefäßes (25).
