Claims (13)
- Verfahren zum Betrieb einer Geschirrspülmaschine, die im Spülraum ihres wenigstens einen herausziehbaren Aufnahmebehälters mindestens eine von einer Pumpe mit Spülflüssigkeit versorgte, mit Sprühöffnungen versehene Sprüheinrichtung aufweist, durch welche Sprühöffnungen die Spülflüssigkeit in den Spülraum versprüht wird,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auch bei herausgezogenem Aufnahmebehälter die Pumpe eingeschaltet und Spülflüssigkeit zugeführt werden kann, wobei jedoch gleichzeitig die Durchflussmenge der Spülflüssigkeit durch die Sprühöffnungen soweit reduziert wird, dass kein Abspritzen von Spülflüssigkeit aus dem offenen Spülraum nach außen in die freie Umgebung erfolgt. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in Abhängigkeit von der Offenstellung des Aufnahmebehälters eine Absenkung der Pumpendrehzahl erfolgt, so dass deren Förderleistung soweit reduziert wird, dass kein Abspritzen von Spülflüssigkeit in die freie Umgebung eintritt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in Abhängigkeit von der Offenstellung des Aufnahmebehälters mindestens ein in der Zuleitung von der Pumpe zu der Sprüheinheit angeordnetes, die Durchflussmenge reduzierendes Drosselorgan aktiviert wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Durchflussmenge des Drosselorganes regulierbar ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Drosselorgan ein Druckminderungsventil verwendet ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Drosselorgan ein Blendenelement vorgesehen ist, dessen Blendenöffnung mittels eines in Abhängigkeit von der Offenstellung des Aufnahmebehälters angesteuerten Antriebsgliedes in Richtung verminderter Durchlassfähigkeit verstellt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Drosselorgan ein im Zweitaktverfahren gesteuertes Ventil verwendet wird, wobei die Zweitaktsteuerung in Abhängigkeit von der Offenstellung des Aufnahmebehälters in Gang gesetzt wird.
- Nach dem Verfahren eines der Ansprüche 1-7 betreibbare Geschirrspülmaschine, die im Spülraum (3) ihres wenigstens einen herausziehbaren Aufnahmebehälters (2) mindestens eine von einer Pumpe (8) mit Spülflüssigkeit versorgte, mit Sprühöffnungen (5) versehene Sprüheinrichtung (4) aufweist, durch welche Sprühöffnungen (5) die Spülflüssigkeit in den Spülraum (3) versprühbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Steuerelement (14) vorgesehen ist, durch das bei herausgezogenem Aufnahmebehälter (2) direkt oder indirekt sowohl die Pumpe (8) einschaltbar als auch die Zufuhr von Spülflüssigkeit freigebbar ist, dass ferner ein die Offenstellung des Aufnahmebehälters (2) erfassender Sensor (13) vorhanden ist, durch den eine Drosselung der Durchflussmenge von Spülflüssigkeit durch die Sprühöffnungen (5) bei herausgezogenem Aufnahmebehälter (2) ausgelöst ist.
- Geschirrspülmaschine nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Sensor (13) in Abhängigkeit von der Betätigung des Steuerelementes (14) aktiviert ist.
- Geschirrspülmaschine nach Anspruch 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass durch ein Steuersignal des Sensors (13) der elektrische Steuerkreis der Pumpe (8) im Sinne einer Verminderung der Förderleistung der Pumpe (8) beeinflusst ist.
- Geschirrspülmaschine nach Anspruch 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der Zuleitung (10) von der Pumpe (8) zu der Sprüheinrichtung (4) ein in seiner Durchflussmenge durch ein Steuersignal des Sensors (13) regulierbares Drosselorgan (12) angeordnet ist.
- Geschirrspülmaschine nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Drosselorgan (12) ein Druckminderungsventil ist.
- Geschirrspülmaschine nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Drosselorgan (12) ein Blendenelement vorgesehen ist, dessen Blendenöffnung durch ein Steuersignal des Sensors (13) im Sinne einer Verminderung der Durchflussmenge verstellbar ist.
