  1. Emballage composite à fronton plat, notamment un emballage parallélépipèdique à oreilles, le composite comportant au moins une couche support en papier ou carton, une couche d'agent adhésif, une couche de barrage d'oxygène, préférentiellement en aluminium et un double revêtement de matière synthétique en polyéthylène (PE), avec une ouverture de versement couverte d'une couche, prévue dans le fronton de l'emballage formant un trou de versement à la suite de la section, et avec un élément de versement (1) pouvant être refermé comportant une bride (3) et un couvercle de fermeture (2) relié à celle-ci, la bride (3) qui entoure l'ouverture de versement étant reliée solidairement à la surface de l'emballage, caractérisé en ce qu'un élément d'ouverture (4,4') épousant le côté intérieur de l'emballage peut être raccordé au couvercle de fermeture (2) au moyen d'un élément de raccordement (5,5') perçant l'ouverture de versement contrecollée, pour former une unité indissociable.

  5. Emballage composite à fronton plat selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que l'élément d'ouverture ou l'élément d'étanchéité (4, 4', 4") est réalisé comme une plaque (7, 7', 7") épousant de manière plane le côté intérieur de l'emballage.

  15.     Perçage des couches de feuille recouvrant les ouvertures de versement avec l'élément de raccordement (5, 5'),
    Raccordement de l'élément d'ouverture (4, 4') à la couche intérieure en PE,
    Fixation de l'élément de versement (1) et raccordement du couvercle de fermeture (2) à l'élément d'ouverture (4, 4') à l'aide de l'élément de raccordement (5, 5'), et
    Pliage et application de la pellicule sur le fronton de l'emballage à la suite du remplissage.
  17. Procédé de fabrication d'un emballage composite à fronton plat selon l'une quelconque des revendications 4 à 15, caractérisé par les étapes de procédé suivantes :
    Revêtement de la couche porteuse à l'aide de la couche extérieure en PE, de la couche de barrage d'oxygène et de la couche intérieure en PE,
    Fabrication de l'ouverture de versement dans la zone du fronton de l'emballage,
    Formage du fond de l'emballage,
    Fixation de l'élément de versement (1) et de l'élément d'étanchéité (4") et raccordement du couvercle de fermeture (2) à l'élément d'ouverture (14) à l'aide de l'élément de raccordement (5, 5'), et
    Pliage et application de la pellicule sur le fronton de l'emballage à la suite du remplissage.
  18. Procédé selon la revendication 16 ou 17, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de raccordement (5,5') s'enclenche dans le couvercle de fermeture (2) lors de l'application de l'élément de versement (1).
