Definitions
- the invention is based on a directional control valve for use in a demand-current-controlled control arrangement (load sensing control device) according to the type specified in detail in the preamble of claim 1.
- the invention further relates to a directional control valve block in demand-controlled design
- a directional control valve block is used in practice, for example in a working hydraulics of a vehicle.
- a so-called "load sensing” (LS) - directional control valve block is used to control connected consumers, as described in the German publication Götz. W .: “Hydraulics in theory and practice", Bosch training, OMEGON technical literature 1997, page 266, is known.
- LS-way valve block a variable load pressure is sampled in the load ports and further processed in a scheme.
- the LS-way valve block has a plurality of directional valves, which are connected in parallel, so that a plurality of directional valves can be actuated simultaneously.
- the directional control valves are selected via shuttle valves and the highest pressure of a pressure compensator in a connection plate is supplied. This arrangement corresponds to a 3-way current regulator.
- each directional valve of the directional control valve block can be connected in a working position of the directional control valve either with a control pressure port Y, with a return R and / or with a pump port P.
- predetermined consumers can be supplied with pressure medium, so that e.g. a lifting device of the vehicle or the like, is movable in a predetermined position.
- the well-known LS-way valve block can z. B. used in agricultural vehicles such as combine harvesters.
- a hydraulic control device for a linear actuator is described in DE-A-39 30 553.
- the control device is designed as a directional control valve block in load-sensing technique.
- a directional control valve is connected to a lifting cylinder. In a lowering position of the directional control valve, oil flowing back from the cylinder is fed via a loading channel to a pressure compensator in order to fill a reservoir. Depending on the pressure of the returning oil and the pressure prevailing in the memory, the oil flowing back through the pressure compensator either a return or the memory is supplied.
- a control hydraulics for a wheel loader is described in US-A-5 720 214.
- a plurality of directional control valves which serve to actuate lifting and tilting cylinders of the blade, are connected in the form of a throttle control.
- Another directional control valve is connected downstream of the first control block in series in order to actuate an additional lifting mechanism.
- a speed limitation with rapid relief of a drive motor of the vehicle is possible and / or a spring-loaded parking brake of the vehicle solvable.
- valve block the control pressure port, which is relieved in the neutral position to the return pressurized.
- the pressure build-up is usually at this directional control valve block by an additional Magnetic valve realized, which connects the pressure in pressure to the control pressure port to the pump port P.
- This additional valve can eg a from the German publication Götz. W .: “Hydraulics in theory and practice", Bosch training, OMEGON specialist literature 1997, page 268, be known LS special valve without consumer connections, which fills a memory for performing additional functions with pressure medium in a predetermined position.
- LS directional control valve block which has one or more load-controlling directional control valves and a connecting plate connected to the directional control valves, to which a pump is connected, and a pressure compensator in the connection plate, on the one hand is acted upon by pump pressure and on the other hand acted upon by a signal taken to the consumer signal pressure and a regulator spring.
- the LS hydraulic acts as a vehicle brake.
- the directional control valve block has an additional 3/2-way solenoid valve in the connection plate.
- the 3/2 solenoid valve establishes a connection between the control pressure port Y and the pump pressure port P for pressure buildup. Also in this known LS-way valve block thus an additional solenoid valve is required to build up pressure.
- the directional control valve block according to the invention with the features of claim 1 has the advantage that an existing directional control valve can be used to build up pressure for additional functions, so that no additional valve is required for this purpose. This not only requires less piping and installation space, but also reduces overall costs.
- the directional control valve can perform the conventional functions, i. make it possible to supply the connected consumers, and on the other hand allow in a further provided position pressure buildup in a memory to perform predetermined additional functions with the working hydraulics of the vehicle can.
- the directional control valve block according to the invention can preferably be a spring-loaded parking brake of the vehicle and / or a speed limitation with rapid relief of the drive motor of the vehicle or the like as additional functions are performed without design changes to the directional control valve block according to the invention must be made.
- the directional control valve according to the invention can be integrated in the directional control valve block or in the working hydraulics of the vehicle.
- several directional control valves with such an intermediate position, in which the consumers are not connected to the directional control valve be equipped.
- the principle of operation of the directional control valve block according to the invention in which the pressure generation for additional functions without additional components with a slider variant can be integrated inexpensively with the help of the control electronics in directional control valve block, can be applied to all electrically operated LS-way valves.
- connection plate 2 includes a pressure limiting valve 4 and a pressure compensator 5, which is connected to a pump 6 connected to the connection plate 2.
- the present directional control valve block 1 represents a so-called LS (Load Sensing) -way valve block, where "load sensing" means that the variable load pressure is sampled in the load ports and is further processed in a control.
- LS Load Sensing
- the directional control valve block 1 in the present case has two directional control valves 7 and 8 which are parallel to one another. To separate the load pressures of different consumers they are selected via shuttle valves 11, wherein the respective highest pressure of the pressure compensator 5 is supplied.
- This design in the form of a three-way current regulator, offers significant advantages for practical operation.
- the directional control valves 7, 8 each have consumer ports A and B, a return R, a pump port P and a control pressure port Y.
- the directional control valve 7 has three positions, wherein a neutral position with 0 and the two working positions with I and II are designated.
- the directional control valve 8 has, in addition to the positions 0, I, II an additional intermediate position III.
- this intermediate position III the consumer ports A, B are closed and the control pressure port Y connected to the pump pressure port P.
- a connected via the end plate 3 to the directional control valve block 1 memory 9 can be filled with pressure medium via the directional control valve 8.
- the pressure build-up in the memory 9 takes place in dependence on a corresponding signal of a pressure switch 10, which is coupled to the directional control valve block 1.
- Figure 2 shows a section of the directional control valve block 1 according to the invention, in which the directional control valve 8 is shown with the intermediate position III.
- FIG. 3 shows a diagram in which a predetermined control sequence 0-I-II of the directional control valve 8 is shown.
- This control is first switched from the neutral position 0 in the intermediate position III and then in the working position I.
- the diagram shows the pump pressure (P d ) volumetric flow (Q) over a solenoid current (I) for driving the proportional directional control valve 8.
- a response to pressure build-up I1 in the memory 9 has a sufficient distance to the start of a work function I2.
- a maximum pump pressure or pressure limiting valve (DBV) pressure P DBV is reached, which decreases in the working position I to a required load pressure P load as soon as an oil flow flows to a consumer.
- DBV maximum pump pressure or pressure limiting valve
- the volume flow Q in the working position I of the directional control valve 8 increases continuously until the consumer is supplied with oil, and then has a constant course.
Description
- Figur 1 ein vereinfachtes Schaltbild eines erfindungsgemäßen Wegeventilblocks;
