Claims (10)
- Plancher (1) utilisé pour la construction de bâtiment comportant au moins un profilé métallique (2) en forme de U présentant deux âmes (4,5), plis longitudinaux situés de part et d'autre d'une plage (3), un moyen d'isolation thermique (12) contenus dans l'espace entre les âmes (4,5) du profilé (2), et une dalle de compression (14) en béton armé, et dans lequel plancher est ménagé, entre la dalle de béton (14) armé et le moyen d'isolation thermique (12), un espace d'air (13) assurant une isolation complémentaire thermique et phonique, caractérisé en ce que les âmes (4) (5) comportent des pliures (6) (7) (8) pour leur emboítement, assurant une liaison mécanique bloquant tout mouvement du profilé (2) dans le sens perpendiculaire au plan de la dalle (14), et en ce qu'au moins une partie des pliures (6) (7), en bout de l'âme, forme un plan parallèle à la dalle au-dessus de l'espace d'air (13) pour le support d'un treillis soudé (9), armature du béton armé.
- Plancher selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce qu'au niveau de la juxtaposition des profilés (2) entre les espaces d'air de deux profilés (2), il présente une poutrelle armée formée d'une partie des âmes (4) (5) des profilés (2) et du béton de la dalle.
- Plancher selon l'une des revendications 1 à 2 caractérisé en ce que le plancher comprend le treillis (9) soudé et en ce que le treillis (9) soudé est lié à une partie des pliures (6) (7) par des moyens choisis parmi une soudure, un accrochage par découpe de l'âme, un lien métallique indépendant du type clip, fil.
- Plancher selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3 caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une partie des pliures (6) (7) qui forme au moins un plan parallèle à la dalle assure, par épaulement, le positionnement en hauteur du coffrage de coulage du béton de la dalle.
- Plancher selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4 caractérisé en ce que le plancher comprend un noyau (15) et en ce que l'espace d'air (13) est ménagé, lors de la réalisation du plancher (1), par ce noyau (15) supportant la masse de béton encore liquide.
- Plancher selon la revendication 5 caractérisé en ce que le noyau (15) est amovible et déplaçable longitudinalement au profilé.
- Plancher selon l'une des revendications 5 à 6 caractérisé en ce que le noyau (15) est un coussin contenant un fluide choisi parmi l'air, l'eau.
- Plancher selon la revendication 7 caractérisé en ce que le coussin est alvéolaire.
- Plancher selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4 caractérisé en ce que le plancher comprend un panneau (20) et en ce que l'espace d'air (13) est ménagé, lors de la réalisation du plancher (12), par ce panneau pouvant être préformé, supportant la masse de béton encore liquide.
- Plancher selon la revendication 9 caractérisé en ce que le panneau (20) formant une voûte est arc-boutée en appui, soit sur les âmes des profilés, soit sur le moyen d'isolation rigide.
