Claims (9)
- Positioniereinrichtung für Brennstoff/Sauerstoff-Lanzen zum Eintrag von Einsatz- und Brennstoffen sowie Oxidationsmitteln, insbesondere von Sauerstoff oder sauerstoffhaltigen Gemischen, in eine Schmelzzone eines Schmelzofens zur Erzeugung von Metallen, insbesondere von Gußeisen und Metalllegierungen in einem Ofenschacht eines Kupolofens, mittels welcher die Injektionslanze in einem in die Schmelzzone einmündenden Einbringkanal axial verfahrbar angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Positioniereinrichtung ein Führungsgehäuse aufweist, in dessen Schlittenkammer (5) die mit einer Federaufhängung (3) verbundene Injektionslanze (2) mit einem Führungseinbau (4) axial verschiebbar angeordnet ist.
- Positioniereinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der die Injektionslanze (2) axial verfahrbare Führungseinbau (4) zentrisch zur Injektionslanze (2) angeordnet ist.
- Positioniereinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die vorzugsweise aus einer Edelstahl-Spiralfeder bestehende Federaufhängung (3) mit der Injektionslanze (2) und mit dem Führungsgehäuse (1) verbunden ist.
- Positioniereinrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Führungsgehäuse (1) mit Ringspalt (1a) und der Führungseinbau (4) bevorzugt aus Edelstahl bestehen.
- Positioniereinrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Injektionslanze (2) einen das Injektionsmedium leitenden Ringspalt mit variablen Durchmesser aufweist.
- Positioniereinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Ringspalt der Injektionslanze (2) zwei aufeinaderfolgende, die Verwirbelung der Gasströmung verhindernde Einlaufstrecken (E, T) aufweist.
- Positioniereinrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Länge der Einlaufstrecke (E) der Injektionslanze (2) mehr als das Fünffache des Durchmessers (DL) der Injektionslanze (2) beträgt.
- Positioniereinrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Länge der Einlaufstrecke (T) der Injektionslanze (2) größer als der Ringspaltdurchmesser (s) ist.
- Positioniereinrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Ringspalt der Injektionslanze (2) einen dem Volumenstrom des Injektionsmediums entsprechenden variablen Durchmesser (s) aufweist.
