  • the child lock cam 70 is rotated by the motors 54, 56 to engage the end of the inside clutch lever 32 to cam the inside clutch lever 32 out of engagement with the tab 28 on the pawl lever 24, rendering the inside release lever 20 ineffectual.
  • the override capabilities of the inside release lever 20 is still activated. Operation of the inside release lever 20 will still operate to unlock the latch assembly 10 from the single lock to the unlock condition, allowing releasing by outside release lever 16.
  • the lock cam 166 has a single lobe which engages both of the clutch levers 30 and 32 on rotation thereof a first predetermined amount.
  • the lock assembly 10 has only an unlock condition and a double lock condition with inside release override.
  • the lobe 176 remains in position to engage the override lever 46.
  • a first pull of inside release lever 20 rotates the lock cam 166 from the locked condition to the unlocked condition and then a second pull will unlatch the latch assembly 10.

Claims (6)

  1. Ensemble de verrou (10) et ensemble d'actionneur (50) pour bloquer et débloquer un verrou de porte de véhicule, l'ensemble de verrou comprenant :
    un boítier de verrou (12),
    un rochet (11) monté pivotant dans le boítier de verrou pour pivoter entre un état ouvert et un état fermé pour recevoir un percuteur, se mettre en prise avec celui-ci et le coincer, ledit rochet (11) étant poussé dans son état ouvert,
    un cliquet (13) monté pivotant sur le boítier de verrou et poussé contre le rochet pour le maintenir dans son état fermé,
    un levier de cliquet (24) lié fonctionnellement au boítier de verrou et au cliquet (13) pour produire une rotation de relâchement du cliquet (13) par rapport au rochet (11),
    un ensemble intérieur de relâchement comprenant un levier intérieur de relâchement (20) monté pivotant sur le boítier de verrou et lié fonctionnellement à un levier intérieur d'embrayage (32) et un levier de priorité (46), le levier intérieur d'embrayage (32) étant mobile pour venir en prise avec le levier de cliquet (24) et s'en dégager, la manoeuvre du levier intérieur de relâchement (20) produisant en réponse un mouvement de relâchement du levier de cliquet (24) lorsque le levier intérieur d'embrayage (32) vient en prise avec le levier de cliquet (24),
    un ensemble extérieur de relâchement comprenant un levier extérieur de relâchement (16) monté pivotant sur le boítier de verrou et lié fonctionnellement à un levier extérieur d'embrayage (30), le levier extérieur d'embrayage (30) étant mobile pour venir en prise avec le levier de cliquet (24) et s'en dégager, la manoeuvre du levier extérieur de relâchement (16) produisant en réponse un mouvement de relâchement du levier de cliquet (24) lorsque le levier extérieur d'embrayage (30) vient en prise avec le levier de cliquet (24),
    et l'ensemble d'actionneur (50) comprenant :
    un boítier d'actionneur (52),
    un premier moteur (54) en prise fonctionnelle avec un premier arbre (58) monté tournant dans le boítier d'actionneur, sur cet arbre étant montée une came de blocage (66),
    le boítier d'actionneur s'adaptant au boítier de verrou de façon que la came de blocage (66) puisse tourner dans le boítier de verrou (12) d'un état débloqué à une position unique de blocage, à l'état débloqué, la came de blocage (66) permet au levier intérieur d'embrayage (32) et au levier extérieur d'embrayage (30) de venir en prise avec le levier de cliquet (24), dans la position unique de blocage, la came de blocage (66) dégage au moins un des leviers d'embrayage (30, 32) du levier de cliquet (24) pour bloquer l'ensemble de verrou et interdire la manoeuvre d'au moins un des leviers intérieur et extérieur de relâchement (20, 16) pour maintenir le cliquet (13) et le rochet (11) dans leur état fermé, caractérisé par le fait que
    le levier de priorité (46) est monté pivotant et vient en prise fonctionnelle avec le levier intérieur de relâchement (20), le levier de priorité (46) est mobile pour venir en prise sélectivement avec la came de blocage (66) et faire tourner en réponse la came de blocage (66) pour la mettre dans son état débloqué lors de la manoeuvre manuelle du levier intérieur de relâchement (20), prenant manuellement la priorité sur l'ensemble d'actionneur (50) et débloquant l'ensemble de verrou (10).
  2. Ensemble de verrou (10) et ensemble d'actionneur (50) selon la revendication 1, dans lesquels l'ensemble d'actionneur (50) comprend en outre un deuxième moteur (56) en prise fonctionnelle avec un deuxième arbre (68) monté tournant dans le boítier d'actionneur, sur ce deuxième arbre étant montée une came fille (70), la rotation de cette came fille (70) mettant sélectivement en prise le levier intérieur d'embrayage (32), dégageant ce levier (32) du levier de cliquet (24), mettant ainsi hors fonction le levier intérieur de relâchement (20).
  3. Ensemble de verrou (10) et ensemble d'actionneur (50) selon l'une des revendications 1 et 2, dans lesquels la came de blocage (66) comporte un premier lobe (72) et une deuxième lobe (74) destinés à venir en prise avec respectivement le levier extérieur d'embrayage (30) et le levier intérieur d'embrayage (32), et un troisième lobe (76) opposé aux premier et deuxième lobes et destinés à venir en prise avec le levier de priorité (46).
  4. Ensemble de verrou (10) et ensemble d'actionneur (50) selon la revendication 3, dans lesquels la came de blocage (66) tourne entre ledit état de déblocage et ledit unique état de blocage, le premier lobe (72) venant en prise avec le levier extérieur d'embrayage (30) et le dégageant du levier de cliquet (24) pour mettre hors fonction le levier extérieur de relâchement (16).
  5. Ensemble de verrou (10) et ensemble d'actionneur (50) selon la revendication 4, dans lesquels la came de blocage (66) tourne entre ledit état de déblocage, ledit unique état de blocage et un état de double blocage dans lequel le premier lobe (72) vient en prise avec le levier extérieur d'embrayage (20) et le dégage du levier de cliquet (24) pour mettre hors fonction le levier extérieur de relâchement (16), et le deuxième lobe (74) vient en prise avec le levier intérieur d'embrayage (32) et le dégage du levier de cliquet (24) pour mettre hors fonction le levier intérieur de relâchement (20).
  6. Ensemble de verrou (10) et ensemble d'actionneur (50) selon la revendication 4, dans lesquels le levier de priorité (46) vient en prise avec le troisième lobe (76) pour faire tourner la came de blocage (66) de son état de double blocage à son état de déblocage.
