Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung ermöglicht eine globale Verfügbarkeit des Maschinennetzes der Druckmaschine mit einer Standardsoftware.
Dabei sind die Mensch - Maschine -Schnittstellen 11, 12 vorzugsweise als Personalcomputer ausgebildet und mit dem Webserver 9 über eine definierte und geschützte Zugriffsschleuse 13, beispielsweise in Firewall-Technologie verbunden. Diese Schnittstellen 11, 12 erlauben unter anderem einem Außendienstmitarbeiter, dem Service oder einem Kundenberater Zugriff auf die Daten der Druckmaschine. Diese Mitarbeiter sind räumlich von dem Standort der Druckmaschine entfernt.
Innerhalb der Druckmaschine 1 werden verschiedene Kommunikationsebenen über den Webserver 9 verwaltet. Der Webserver 9 verwaltet den Datenbank-Server-Process 15 direkt oder über Geschäfts-Prozess-Komponenten 16.
Die Geschäfts-Process-Komponenten 16 kommunizieren über einen
Gateway-Prozess 17 mit der eigentlichen Maschinensteuerung 18 der Druckmaschine 1.
Anforderungen höherer Komplexität können auf der Clientseite mit Javascript und/oder Java-Applets realsiert werden, wobei alle Quellen stets zentral vom Webserver 9 geladen werden.
Claims (7)
- Druckmaschine, insbesondere Bogenoffsetdruckmaschine, mit einer Teileinheiten der Druckmaschine regelnden und/oder steuernden Steuereinheit, die mit einer Einheit zur Bedienung und Überwachung der Druckmaschine verbunden ist, wobei Nachrichten und Befehlen zur Überwachung und/oder Steuerung der Druckmaschine zwischen der Steuereinheit und der Bedieneinheit bidirektional austauschbar sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bedieneinheit (10, 11, 12) eine kommunikationsfähige Bedieneroberfläche in Form eines Browsers aufweist und über einen Server (9) mit der Steuereinheit (8) der Druckmaschine (1) verbunden ist.
- Druckmaschine nach Anspruch 1 dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Server (9) Bestandteil der Steuereinheit (8) der Druckmaschine (1) ist.
- Druckmaschine nach Anspruch 2 dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass weitere, kommunikationsfähige Bedieneroberflächen aufweisende Bedieneinheiten (10, 11) unabhängig voneinander auf den Server (9) zugreifen.
- Druckmaschine nach Anspruch 3 dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens eine der weiteren Bedieneinheiten (11, 12) über eine Zugriffsschutzeinrichtung (13) mit dem Server (9) verbunden sind.
- Druckmaschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 4 dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Übertragung der Nachrichten zwischen der Server (9) und der Bedieneinheit (10, 11, 12) drahtlos erfolgt.
- Druckmaschine nach Anspruch 5 dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bedieneinheit (10, 11, 12) frei beweglich gestaltet ist.
- Druckmaschine nach Anspruch 1 dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Maschinensteuerung (18) der Druckmaschine (1) ein echtzeitfähiger Teilprozess ist, welcher über mindestens eine standardisierte Schnittstelle (17) mit nichtechtzeitfähigen Logik- und Bedienprozessen (15, 16) der Bedieneinheit (10, 11, 12) kommuniziert.
