Claims (14)

  1. Combinaison de motocycliste (1) du type constitué d'un matériau sensiblement non extensible, comprenant un insert élastique (10) agencé au niveau d'une partie de corsage avant de la combinaison, caractérisée en ce que ledit insert (10) est agencé en correspondance avec la partie d'abdomen avant de la combinaison uniquement, et possède une déformabilité élastique anisotrope qui est supérieure dans une direction sensiblement parallèle à l'axe longitudinal (A) de la combinaison de telle sorte que, dans la position d'assise, ladite combinaison adhère à l'abdomen du motocycliste.
  2. Combinaison de motocycliste (1) selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle ledit insert élastique (10) comprend un morceau de matériau élastique pré-étiré (101) fixé sur un morceau de matériau sensiblement non extensible (102).
  3. Combinaison de motocycliste (1) selon la revendication 2, dans laquelle ledit matériau sensiblement non extensible est du cuir.
  4. Combinaison de motocycliste (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle ledit insert (10) est allongé selon une direction principale sensiblement parallèle audit axe longitudinal (A) de la combinaison.
  5. Combinaison de motocycliste (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle ledit insert (10) possède une forme sensiblement quadrangulaire.
  6. Combinaison de motocycliste (1) selon la revendication 5, dans laquelle ledit insert (10) est sensiblement en forme de losange.
  7. Combinaison de motocycliste (1) selon la revendication 5 ou 6, dans laquelle ledit insert (10) possède un vertex supérieur (11) et un vertex inférieur (12) sensiblement alignés le long de l'axe longitudinal (A) de la combinaison.
  8. Combinaison de motocycliste (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle une partie avant du corsage de la combinaison (2) est munie d'un moyen de raccordement (3) à une partie arrière de la combinaison.
  9. Combinaison de motocycliste (1) selon la revendication 8, dans laquelle ledit moyen de raccordement comprend deux fermetures à glissière (3), s'étendant chacune latéralement de l'encolure de la combinaison jusqu'au dessous d'une partie de bras respective de la combinaison.
  10. Combinaison de motocycliste (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, comprenant des éléments de protection (4) en titane agencés au niveau des parties d'épaule et/ou de coude de la combinaison.
  11. Procédé de fabrication d'une combinaison de motocycliste (1), comprenant les étapes consistant à :
    - prévoir un morceau de matériau élastique (101) ;
    - prévoir un morceau de matériau sensiblement non extensible (102) ;
    - pré-étirer ledit morceau de matériau élastique ; et
    - fixer ledit morceau de matériau élastique, dans ledit état de pré-étirage, sur ledit morceau de matériau non extensible, de manière à obtenir un insert élastique (10),

    caractérisé en ce qu'il prévoit également l'étape consistant à
    - insérer ledit insert élastique en tant que partie d'abdomen d'une combinaison de motocycliste déjà complètement assemblée du type constitué d'un matériau sensiblement non extensible, de telle sorte que la direction de pré-étirage qui possède une plus grande déformabilité élastique soit sensiblement parallèle à l'axe longitudinal (A) de ladite combinaison.
  12. Procédé selon la revendication 11, dans lequel ladite étape de pré-étirage dudit morceau de matériau élastique (101) prévoit l'application d'une tension de pré-étirage uniforme dans toutes les directions.
  13. Procédé selon la revendication 11, dans lequel ladite étape de pré-étirage dudit morceau de matériau élastique (101) prévoit l'application d'une tension de pré-étirage différente dans des directions différentes.
  14. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 11 à 13, dans lequel ladite étape de fixation dudit morceau de matériau élastique (10) sur ledit morceau de matériau non extensible (102) prévoit une opération de piquage, puis une opération de couture.
