Abstract

Bei einer Brennkammer (1), welche aus einer Mischzone (11) und einer Verbrennungszone (12) besteht und aufgrund von Selbstzündung arbeitet, wird Brennstoff (3) und Stützluft (4) seitlich an der Seitenwand (6) der Mischzone (11) in Heissgase (5) eingedüst. Durch die Eindüsung von unterschiedlich angesteuerten Brennstoff/Stützluft-Gemisch-Strahlen (7) in verschiedene Zielräume innerhalb der Mischzone (11) kann der Betriebsbereich der Brennkammer (1) bei einer Reduktion der Schadstoffe vergrössert werden. Die Erfindung bezieht sich sowohl auf die Brennkammer (1) als auch auf das Verfahren zum Betrieb dieser Brennkammer (1).
