Claims (14)
- Chambranle métallique pour porte de sécurité destiné à être monté dans une baie d'un mur (16) et être ensuite rempli complètement avec un béton ou un liant (18) ; ledit mur (16) ayant une face interne (20) et une face externe (22) et un flanc (24) exposé dans ladite baie ; ledit chambranle ayant un côté interne et un côté externe et se composant de deux montants (12) et d'une traverse (14) reliant les deux montants (12) ; ces éléments du chambranle comprenant tous une bande centrale (30), qui fait face audit flanc (24) du mur (16) dans ladite baie, qui forme une batée de porte (28) et qui est bordée du côté interne par une aile latérale interne (34) et du côté externe par une aile latérale externe (32) ; ladite aile latérale externe (32) se terminant par une surface terminale (36) faisant face au flanc (24) du mur (16) dans ladite baie ;
caractérisé en ce que chacune desdites ailes latérales internes (34) s'étend au-delà d'un plan de référence (42) qui lui est perpendiculaire et qui contient ladite surface terminale (36) de l'aile latérale externe (32) qui lui est directement opposée, de façon à ce que lesdites ailes latérales internes (34) soient aptes à recouvrir un bord de la surface interne (20) du mur (16) autour de ladite baie lorsque le chambranle est positionné dans ladite baie ;
en ce que au moins lesdites ailes latérales internes (34) des deux montants (12) se terminent par un rebord latéral (44) orienté vers la face interne (20) du mur (16) ; et
en ce qu'un élément de calfeutrage (48) est fixé à demeure dans le coin formé par ledit rebord latéral (44). - Chambranle selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'aile latérale interne (34) de ladite traverse (14) se termine par un rebord supérieur orienté vers la face interne (20) du mur (16) ; et
en ce que ledit rebord supérieur (44') comprend au moins une ouverture de remplissage (52). - Chambranle selon la revendication 2, caractérisé par plusieurs ouvertures de remplissage longitudinales (52) agencées le long dudit rebord supérieur (44').
- Chambranle selon la revendication 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que ledit rebord supérieur (44') comprend au moins un regard de contrôle (54) pour contrôler le remplissage du chambranle.
- Chambranle selon la revendication 2, 3 ou 4, caractérisé par une bande en plastique collée sur ledit rebord supérieur (44') de façon à fermer ladite au moins une ouverture de remplissage (52), ladite bande en plastique présentant une fente d'accès au niveau de ladite au moins une ouverture de remplissage (52).
- Chambranle selon l'une quelconque des revendication 1 à 5, caractérisé par une plaque d'ajustage inférieure (80) qui est fixée à l'intérieur d'un des deux montants (12) du côté de ladite aile latérale interne (34), ladite plaque d'ajustage (80) comprenant un trou de centrage apte à revoir un picot ou ergot de centrage (82) fixé au sol.
- Chambranle selon l'une quelconque des revendication 1 à 6, caractérisé par un dispositif de réglage et fixation (90) comprenant une plaque de réglage et fixation (92) conçue pour être boulonnée au flanc (24) du mur (16) à travers une travers une lumière (102) aménagée dans ladite bande centrale (30) du montant (12).
- Chambranle selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que ladite plaque de réglage et fixation (92) est connectée audit montant (12) par l'intermédiaire d'une vis de réglage (94) de façon à pouvoir régler la distance entre ladite bande centrale (30) du montant (12) et ladite plaque de réglage et fixation (92).
- Chambranle selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que ladite plaque de réglage et fixation (92) comprend un trou oblong vertical (104) pour son boulonnage audit flanc (24) du mur (16).
- Procédé de montage d'un chambranle selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que l'on compresse ledit élément de calfeutrage (48) entre lesdites ailes latérales internes (34) des montants (12) ladite face interne (20) du mur (16).
- Procédé selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que le remplissage du chambranle avec un béton ou liant (18) se fait par une fente subsistant entre ladite aile latérale interne (34) de la traverse (14) et ladite face interne (20) du mur (16).
- Procédé selon la revendication 11, dans lequel on utilise un chambranle selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que l'on utilise un entonnoir (56) avec une sortie de forme adaptée à la forme du trou de remplissage (52) pour introduire le béton ou liant (18) dans le chambranle.
- Procédé selon la revendication 10, 11 ou 12, caractérisé en ce que l'on utilise un béton thixotrope d'une densité 650-2200 kg/m3, un béton léger à base de mousse ou une mousse de polyuréthanne pour remplir le chambranle.
- Procédé de montage d'un chambranle selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que l'on fixe un picot ou ergot de centrage (82) au sol en fonction de l'implantation désirée du chambranle ; et
en ce que l'on enfiche ladite plaque d'ajustage inférieure (80) du montant (12) dans ledit picot ou ergot (82).
