Claims (14)

  1. Enrouleuse à entraînement périphérique pour la production de cylindres (1) de matériaux en bande (W) sur des mandrins tubulaires (2), comprenant un premier rouleau d'enroulement (A), sur lequel le matériau en bande (W) est enroulé, un deuxième rouleau d'enroulement (B) définissant avec le premier rouleau d'enroulement (A) un espace (3), au travers duquel le nouveau mandrin (2) est inséré, un troisième rouleau ou rouleau de pression (C) monté de manière amovible pour permettre au diamètre du cylindre (1) d'augmenter et au cylindre d'être retiré à la fin de l'enroulement, des moyens de découpage du matériau en bande (W) à la fin de l'enroulement et des moyens d'insertion d'un nouveau cylindre (2), dans laquelle lesdits moyens de découpage du matériau en bande (W) comprennent une lame (15) transportée par un élément rotatif (14) qui entre en rotation sur l'axe (X) dudit premier rouleau d'enroulement (A) et faisant saillie du profil dudit rouleau (A), caractérisée en ce que des moyens d'actionnement sont pourvus de manière à provoquer la rotation de la lame (15) à des vitesses différentes dans la même direction de rotation que ledit rouleau d'enroulement (A), de manière à imprimer un changement de vitesse à la lame quand cette dernière et au contact du matériau en bande (W) dans l'espace d'enroulement défini par les trois rouleaux (A, B, C).
  2. Enrouleuse selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que ladite lame (15) présente au moins un revêtement d'un matériau avec un coefficient de friction élevé, de manière à fournir une bonne prise avec la matériau en bande (W).
  3. Enrouleuse selon la revendication 1 ou la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que lesdits moyens d'actionnement pour la lame (15) ralentissent la lame quand elle est au contact du matériau en bande (W) dans l'espace d'enroulement, de manière à provoquer le découpage du matériau en bande (W) entre le point de contact du matériau en bande avec la lame et le cylindre dans l'étape d'expulsion.
  4. Enrouleuse selon la revendication 1 ou la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que lesdits moyens d'actionnement pour la lame accélèrent la lame quand elle est au contact du matériau en bande (W) dans l'espace d'enroulement, de manière à provoquer le découpage du matériau en bande entre le point de mise sous presse du matériau en bande provoqué par le contact d'un nouveau cylindre (2) avec le rouleau d'enroulement (A) et le point de contact (15') de la lame avec le matériau en bande (W).
  5. Enrouleuse selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que ledit matériau en bande (W) comprend des lignes de perforation transversales prédéfinies le long desquelles le découpage du matériau en bande se produit.
  6. Enrouleuse selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que des moyens sont pourvus pour accélérer ledit rouleau de pression (C) et éventuellement pour ralentir ledit deuxième rouleau d'enroulement (B) au cours du découpage du matériau en bande (W).
  7. Enrouleuse selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que lesdits moyens d'entraînement de la lame (15) sont indépendants des moyens d'entraînement dudit premier rouleau d'enroulement (A).
  8. Procédé de production de cylindres (1) de matériaux en bande, tels que du papier et similaire, dans lequel le matériau en bande (W) est alimenté le long d'un premier rouleau d'enroulement (A) et enroulé autour d'un mandrin tubulaire (2) installé en rotation dans un espace d'enroulement défini par ledit premier rouleau d'enroulement (A), un deuxième rouleau d'enroulement (B) et un rouleau de pression (C), et dans lequel ledit matériau en bande (W) est découpé à la fin de l'enroulement d'un cylindre (1), caractérisé en ce que ledit découpage se produit au moyen d'une lame (15) transportée par un élément rotatif (14) qui entre en rotation sur l'axe (X) dudit premier rouleau d'entraînement (A) et tournant à des vitesses différentes, caractérisé en ce que ladite lame (15) fait saillie du profil dudit premier rouleau d'enroulement (A) et subit un changement de vitesse quand elle est au contact du matériau en bande (W) dans ledit espace d'enroulement.
  9. Procédé selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que ladite lame (15) présente un coefficient de friction élevé, de manière à provoquer une bonne prise sur ledit matériau en bande (W).
  10. Procédé selon la revendication 8 ou la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que ladite lame (15) subit un ralentissement quand elle est au contact du matériau en bande (W) dans l'espace d'enroulement, de manière à provoquer le découpage du matériau en bande entre le point de contact de la lame avec le matériau en bande et le cylindre (1) dans l'étape d'expulsion.
  11. Procédé selon la revendication 8 ou la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que ladite lame (15) subit une accélération quand elle est au contact du matériau en bande (W) dans l'espace d'enroulement de manière à provoquer le découpage du matériau en bande au point de mise sous presse du matériau en bande déterminé par le contact d'un nouveau mandrin avec ledit premier rouleau d'enroulement (A), et le point de contact (15') de la lame (15) avec le matériau en bande.
  12. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 8 à 11, caractérisé en ce que ledit découpage du matériau en bande se produit le long d'une des lignes de perforation transversales prédéfinies sur le matériau en bande.
  13. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 8 à 12, caractérisé en ce qu'une accélération du rouleau de pression (C) et un ralentissement possible d'un deuxième rouleau d'enroulement (B) sont pourvus au cours de l'étape de découpage dudit matériau en bande (W).
  14. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 8 à 13, caractérisé en ce que ladite lame (15) est actionnée de manière indépendante dudit premier rouleau d'enroulement (A).
