Abstract

Eine explosionsgeschütze Steckvorrichtung (1) weist einen kompakten starren Grundkörper (2) auf, in dem sich die Steckbuchsen (22) befinden. Für jede Steckverbindung, mit Ausnahme des Schutzleiters, enthält der Grundkörper eine Schaltkammer (23) in der Zündschutzart Ex-d. Die beweglichen Kontakte (38) der Schalter (3) werden mit Hilfe von Stößeln (42) betätigt, die radial nach außen aus dem Grundkörper (2) hervorstehen. Die Betätigung der Stößel (42) geschieht mit Hilfe eines Schaltrings (45), der drehbar auf dem Grundkörper (2) gelagert ist. Der Grundkörper (2) sitzt in einem Gehäuseteil (7), an das an einer Seite ein Betätigungswerk (4) angesetzt ist, das seinerseits abgedichtet ausgeführt ist. Zu dem Betätigungswerk (4) gehört ein Rastwerk (66) sowie ein Zahnradsegment (71), um über ein komplementäres Zahnradsegment (47) den Schaitring (45) zu betätigen.
