Abstract

Gegenstand der Erfindung ist ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von Holzfaserpressplatten durch Verpressung von beleimten Holzfasern, wobei die Holzfasern in einer Refineranlage unter Hitze und Dampfdruck gekocht und gemahlen werden, anschliessend in ein Entspannungsrohr überführt werden, danach getrocknet werden, und schliesslich unter Druck und gegebenenfalls erhöhter Temperatur zu Platten verpresst werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zur Beleimung ein zweikomponentiges Bindemittel eingesetzt wird, wobei die eine Komponente A) bei Temperaturbelastung nicht-reaktive, funktionelle Gruppen enthält, und die zweite Komponente B) bei Temperaturbelastung reaktive, funktionelle Gruppen enthält und die Komponente A) in der Refineranlage bei einer Temperatur von 120°C bis 200°C, vor dem Mahlschritt, während des Mahlschrittes, oder kurz nach dem Mahlschritt, im vorderen Abschnitt des Entspannungsrohres zugegeben wird, und die Komponente B) bei einer niedrigeren Temperatur von höchstens 150°C, am Ende des Entspannungsrohres, oder während oder nach dem Trocknen der Holzfasern zugegeben wird.
