Abstract
Description
Claims (7)
- Mehrfachdrilleiter bestehend aus zumindest zwei aus einzelnen lackisolierten Teilleitern (3) bestehenden Einzeldrilleitern (1,2) und einer die Einzeldrilleiter (1,2) umgebenden gemeinsamen Umhüllung (5), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einzeldrilleiter (1,2) ohne eigene Isolierschicht in der gemeinsamen Umhüllung (5) angeordnet sind.
- Mehrfachdrilleiter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einzeldrilleiter (1,2) durch Abstandshalter (6) aus Isoliermaterial gegeneinander beabstandet sind.
- Mehrfachdrilleiter nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Abstandshalter (6) aus Preßspan besteht.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Mehrfachdrilleiters bei dem zumindest zwei aus lackisolierten Teilleitern bestehende Einzeldrilleiter von zumindest einer Vorratsspule abgezogen werden, zusammengeführt und mit einer gemeinsamen Umhüllung versehen werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die ohne eigene Isolierschicht versehenden Einzeldrilleiter mit einer gemeinsamen isolierenden Umhüllung versehen werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen den Einzeldrilleitern ein Abstandshalter angeordnet wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Abstandshalter aus Preßspan verwendet wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 4 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zunächst ein erster Drilleiter durch Verröbeln einer Vielzahl von Teilleitern hergestellt wird, daß der erste Drilleiter in der Fertigungslinie des zweiten Drilleiters mit diesem mit einer gemeinsamen isolierenden Umhüllung versehend wird.
