技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于变压器绕组的多股绞合线和一种制造所述多股绞合线的方法。
背景技术
在大功率变压器大电流的情况下,为了限制电流密度,沿轴向平行卷绕多股绞合线。也使用由两条或三条单股绞合线和公共绝缘材料组成的多股绞合线。这些多股绞合线有多条绞合线,它们每一条由两根并列的用漆绝缘的分线的堆叠组成并有一个公共的绝缘材料,后者通常由纸条卷包构成。
为了制造这种多股绞合线,首先通过绞合多根漆绝缘的分线制成多条绞合线并接着与纸条一起卷绕此绞合线。每条绞合线卷绕在一个单独的线轴上。为了制造多股绞合线,所需数量的单股绞合线通过卷绕设备平行导引,在卷绕设备中加有包纸的绞合线获得一个形式上为包纸的公共的包皮。
发明内容
本发明的目的是制造一种外尺寸小的多股绞合线和提供一种方法,用这种方法可以经济地生产此多股绞合线。这种多股绞合线尤其应通过改善载荷因素降低变压器的损失。
根据本发明,提出一种用于变压器绕组的多股绞合线,由至少两条由多根用漆绝缘的单个扁形分线构成的单股绞合线和一个围绕着单股绞合线的公共包皮组成,其特征为:单股绞合线没有自己的绝缘层地装在公共包皮内。
根据本发明,还提出一种制造用于变压器绕组的多股绞合线的方法,其中,至少两条由多根用漆绝缘的扁形分线构成的单股绞合线从至少一个备用线卷抽出、合并以及加上公共包皮,其特征为:没有自己的绝缘层的单股绞合线加上一个公共的绝缘包皮。
本发明突出的优点在于,与迄今使用中的多股绞合线相比,取消了单股绞合线单独的绝缘装置。如果需要,在单股绞合线之间加衬垫,它防止在运输和加工时机械上损坏用漆绝缘的分线。在这里,衬垫的厚度比迄今使用的绞合线包纸的两倍壁厚小。
为了制造此多股绞合线,只需要两个工艺步骤。制造没有绝缘层的一个单股绞合线的长度并卷绕。此绞合线在绞合第二条绞合线的过程中与它一起输入卷绕装置,在此装置内在这些绞合线上加上共同的包纸。由此取消了第二条绞合线单独的预生产。

具体实施方式
按图1a和1b的多股绞合线由两条并列的绞合线1和2组成,它们每一条由两根互相绞合在一起或扭结在一起用漆绝缘的分线3的堆叠构成。每条绞合线1、2被单独的绝缘层4,优选地被包纸围绕。两条绞合线1、2被一个公共的优选由一种绝缘材料制成的包皮5,优选地被包纸围绕。在按图1b的多股绞合线中,绞合线1、2通过一个衬垫6彼此绝缘。
在图2a、2b和2c按本发明设计的多股绞合线中,两条绞合线1和2都是裸的,也就是说只有分线3设有薄的漆绝缘。为了在制造多股绞合线时或卷绕变压器绕组时保护在分线3上的漆绝缘层,在此实施例中按图2b和2c在两条绞合线1和2之间设例如由压制纸板构成的衬垫6。一个包皮5,优选地纸条卷包,围绕着绞合线1和2。包皮5的壁厚根据变压器制造商的要求确定。通常此壁厚等于图1中绝缘层4和多股绞合线的包皮5的壁厚之和。在按图2b的实施例中在分线堆叠之间还设单独的衬垫6。
由图3可见工艺流程的示意图。首先由一些从线卷7抽出的分线3(为了看得清楚起见图中只画了其中的两根)通过在勒贝尔头8内的绞合制成第一条绞合线1并卷绕在线盘上。卷绕有此绞合线1的线卷9组合到第二条绞合线2的流水作业线中。如上所述,在此流水作业线中通过从备用线卷7抽出分线3(同样只表示了其中的两根)并在勒贝尔头8内绞合制成一条绞合线。这两条绞合线1和2在卷绕头10前聚合,在它们之间供入从卷筒11抽出的由压制纸板构成的衬垫6。在卷绕头10内,由多层纸条组成的包卷作为公共的包皮5卷绕在两条绞合线1和2上。加工完成的多股绞合线12卷绕在运输线架13上并可送交变压器制造商。

Claims (7)

1.用于变压器绕组的多股绞合线,由至少两条由多根用漆绝缘的单个扁形分线(3)构成的单股绞合线(1、2)和一个围绕着单股绞合线(1、2)的公共包皮(5)组成,其特征为:单股绞合线(1、2)没有自己的绝缘层地装在公共包皮(5)内。
2.按照权利要求1所述的多股绞合线,其特征为:单股绞合线(1、2)通过绝缘材料制的衬垫(6)彼此隔开距离。
3.按照权利要求2所述的多股绞合线,其特征为:衬垫(6)由压制纸板构成。
4.制造用于变压器绕组的多股绞合线的方法,其中,至少两条由多根用漆绝缘的扁形分线构成的单股绞合线从至少一个备用线卷抽出、合并以及加上公共包皮,其特征为:没有自己的绝缘层的单股绞合线加上一个公共的绝缘包皮。
5.按照权利要求4所述的方法,其特征为:在单股绞合线之间设衬垫。
6.按照权利要求5所述的方法,其特征为:采用由压制纸板构成的衬垫。
7.按照权利要求4至6之一所述的方法,其特征为:首先通过绞合多根分线制成第一条绞合线,在第二条绞合线的流水作业线内第一条绞合线与之一起加上公共的绝缘包皮。
