Description
Claims (6)
- Gasbrenner mit mehreren, im Wesentlichen parallel zueinander angeordneten Brennerelementen (10) mit einem Mischkörper (12) und einer dem Mischkörper zur Brennzone hin abschließenden Brennerplatte (15) mit Gemischaustrittsöffnungen, wobei der Mischkörper und die Brennerplatte jeweils an einem Wandabschnitt (29, 37) Sicken aufweisen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an den Wandabschnitten (29, 37) von Mischkörper (12) und Brennerplatte (15) mindestens zwei übereinander liegende Sicken (38, 38', 39, 39') ausgebildet sind, die mittels einer Linienpressung eine Dichtwirkung zwischen beiden Bauteilen realisieren.
- Gasbrenner nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Höhe der zu den Gemischaustrittsöffnungen weisenden oberen Sicken (38, 39) geringer ist als die Höhe der von den Gemischaustrittsöffnungen entfernteren unteren Sicken (38', 39').
- Gasbrenner nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verhältnis der Höhe der beiden Sicken (38, 38', 39, 39') maximal 1:2 beträgt.
- Gasbrenner nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zu den Gemischaustrittsöffnungen weisende obere Sicke (38) der Brennerplatte (15) auf Nennmass mit einer positiven Toleranz und die von den Gemischaustrittsöffnungen entferntere untere Sicke (38') der Brennerplatte (15) auf Pressung ausgelegt ist.
- Gasbrenner nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in den beiden gegenüberliegenden Wandabschnitten (37) jeweils mindestens ein Dehnschlitz (43) eingebracht ist.
- Gasbrenner nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Dehnschlitz (43) außerhalb der Sicken (38, 38') liegt.
