Claims (12)
- Fluidtechnische Einrichtung mit einer an eine Kolben-Zylinder-Anordnung (10) angeschlossenen Ventilanordnung (15) und mit einer in der Ventilanordnung (15) oder in der Kolben-Zylinder-Anordnung (10) integrierten elektronischen Steuereinrichtung für beide Anordnungen, die eine Diagnoseeinrichtung für Komponenten in der Ventil- (15) und Kolben-Zylinder-Anordnung (10) sowie Diagnose-Anzeigemittel (33) aufweist.
- Fluidtechnische Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ventilanordnung (15) an der Kolben-Zylinder-Anordnung (10) anmontiert oder in dieser integriert ist.
- Fluidtechnische Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gehäuse (11) der Kolben-Zylinder-Anordnung (10) oder das Gehäuse der Ventilanordnung (15) eine im wesentlichen die elektronische Steuereinrichtung für beide Anordnungen bildende elektronisch bestückte Steuerplatinenanordnung (32) enthält und vorzugsweise eine elektrische Steckverbindungsanordnung (20) an der Gehäuse-Außenseite zur Verbindung der Steuerplatinenanordnung (32) mit einer externen Station und/oder zur Stromversorgung aufweist.
- Fluidtechnische Einrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Steuerplatinenanordnung (32) und/oder eine separate Diagnoseplatine (30) die Diagnoseeinrichtung enthält, wobei die Diagnoseplatine (30) vorzugsweise einen eigenen Mikrocontroller für Diagnosefunktionen besitzt und vorzugsweise Steckverbindungsmittel (31) zum Ein- oder Anstecken an die Steuerplatinenanordnung (32) besitzt.
- Fluidtechnische Einrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Gehäusedeckel (28) zur Abdeckung einer Gehäuseöffnung des die Steuerplatinenanordnung (32) enthaltenden Gehäuses vorgesehen ist, der vorzugsweise zur optionalen Aufnahme, insbesondere Steckaufnahme, der Diagnoseplatine (30) ausgebildet ist oder an dem die Diagnoseplatine integriert ist.
- Fluidtechnische Einrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Gehäusedeckel (28) die Diagnose-Anzeigemittel enthält oder Durchgangsöffnungen (34) oder Fenster zur Erkennung der an der darunter angeordneten Steuerplatinenanordnung (32) angebrachten Diagnose-Anzeigemittel (33) besitzt.
- Fluidtechnische Einrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Diagnose-Anzeigemittel (33) als an der Steuerplatinenanordnung (32) angebrachte Leuchtdioden ausgebildet sind, und dass Lichtleiter zur Lichtübertragung zu den Durchgangsöffnungen (34) oder Fenster des Gehäusedeckels (28) vorgesehen sind.
- Fluidtechnische Einrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Leuchtdioden aufweisenden Diagnose-Anzeigemittel (33) in Verbindung mit der Diagnoseeinrichtung zur Erzeugung unterschiedlicher Diagnoseanzeigen durch Einschalten unterschiedlicher Leuchtdioden oder Leuchtdioden-Kombinationen und/oder durch unterschiedliche Einschaltsequenzen und/oder Farben der Leuchtdioden ausgebildet sind.
- Fluidtechnische Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Diagnose-Anzeigemittel als Display ausgebildet sind, das vorzugsweise auch zur Anzeige von Steuerfunktionen und/oder zur Programmierung ausgebildet ist.
- Fluidtechnische Einrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet durch eine Sensorüberwachung und/oder Laufzeitüberwachung von beweglichen Komponenten, wie Kolben oder Ventilgliedern, und/oder Wartungsintervall-Anzeigen und/oder Lebensdauerüberwachung als Diagnosefunktionen, wobei die Sensorüberwachung vorzugsweise als Sensor-Paarüberwachung von Kolben- und/oder Ventilgliedsensoren ausgebildet ist.
- Fluidtechnische Einrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Programmiermittel zur Programmierung oder Einstellung der Diagnosefunktionen und/oder von Steuerfunktionen vorgesehen sind, wobei die Programmiermittel vorzugsweise als Tastatur an der Gehäuse-Außenseite oder als Schalter, insbesondere DIL-Schalter, ausgebildet sind, und wobei die Programmiermittel vorzugsweise eine drahtlose oder drahtgebundene Kommunikationsschnittstelle am oder im Gehäuse aufweisen, die mit einem separaten Bediengerät in Wirkverbindung stehen.
- Fluidtechnische Einrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schalter an der Steuerplatinenanordnung (32) und/oder der Diagnoseplatine (30) angeordnet sind.
