Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Betrieb eines Saugbandvorschubmechanismus, bei dem der oberste Bogen eines Stapels gewellt wird, mit einer Überdrucklufttrennvorrichtung (40) während eines Einzugszyklus, wobei die Unterdruckluft und die Überdruckluft anhand eines Unterdruckluftventils (38) und eines Überdruckluftventils (60) gesteuert werden, wobei das Papier mit Hilfe von mindestens einem Band (36) abtransportiert wird, das aktiviert wird, wenn eine Zufuhrkupplung (56) betätigt wird, und die Unterdruckluft aktiviert wird, wenn der Einzugszyklus beginnt, und deaktiviert wird, wenn die Zufuhrkupplung (56) getrennt wird, wobei das Verfahren den Schritt des Pulsens der Überdrucklufttrennvorrichtung (40) durch Aktivieren und Deaktivieren der Überdrucklufttrennvorrichtung (40) während des Einzugszyklus umfasst.
