- Construction de bâtiment comprenant des éléments structurels tels une ossature (30), des composants structurels (9,9a,10) sous forme d'unité de plancher (9), de panneau de plafond (9a) et de panneau de mur (10) et également de poteaux intermediaires (4b), de poteaux d'encoignure (4a), de sablières basses (3), de pièces supérieures (16) aux côtés desquels des composants structurels (9,9a,10) font apparaître un premier (11) et un deuxième (12) côté, des rebords latéraux (13,14), un rebord inférieur (15) et un rebord supérieur (16a), aux côtés desquels les unités de plancher (9) et les panneaux de plafond (9a) sont prévus pour être montés sur l'ossature (30) et les sablières basses (3) et les pièces supérieures (16) sont prévues pour être montées sur les unités de plancher ((9) et les panneaux de plafond (9a) respectivement, aux côtés desquels les panneaux de mur (10) sont prévus pour être montés entre les sablières basses (3) et les pièces supérieures (16), aux côtés desquels les poteaux intermediaires (4b), les poteaux d'encoignure (4a), les pièces du milieu (4c), les sablières basses (3), les pièces supérieures (16) et les éléments d'extrémité (70) comportent des rainures (1), aux côtés desquels chaque composant structurel (9,9a,10) est prévu sur les rebords latéraux (13,14), le rebord inférieur (15) et le rebord supérieur (16a) avec une rainure (1) et au moins certains des composants structurels comportent une barre de blocage (29) avec des joints préformés (100), les barres de blocage étant prévues pour être montées dans ladite rainure (1) dans une sablière basse (3), la pièce supérieure (16) ou le poteau intermédiaire (4b), le poteau d'encoignure (4a), la pièce du milieu (4c) ou tout autre composant structurel caractérisé par le fait que chaque barre de blocage (29) se prolonge le long de la totalité du rebord (13,15,16) dans lequel se situe la barre de blocage, que chaque barre de blocage (29) au moyen d'au moins un dispositif de couplage (18), puisse être tirée et poussée perpendiculairement au plan des rebords inférieurs (15), des rebords supérieurs (16a) ou des rebords latéraux (13,14) et que chaque composant structurel (9,9a,10) est disposé de manière telle que toutes barres de blocage (29) au niveau du composant structurel (9, 9a, 10) et une barre de blocage (29) sur un composant structurel adjacent (9, 9a, 10) qui est prévu, lors de l'assemblage de la construction du bâtiment, pour être inserré dans les rainures (1) des composants structurels (9, 9a, 10) mentionnés en premier, sont poussées vers l'intérieur, les composants structurels (9, 9a, 10) sont, indépendamment des autres éléments structurels, amovibles, par exemple pour le montage ou le démontage, dans un sens à angles droits par rapport au plan des composants structurels (9, 9a, 10) et que chaque composant structurel (9, 9a,10), au moins sur un de ses rebords (13, 14, 15, 16a) et rainures (1) comporte un joint préformé (100) dont le but est de sceller (100) entre les composants structurels (9, 9a, 10) et que les barres de blocage (29) soient disposées de manière à être utilisées pour le réglage précis de la position du composant structurel en question (101, 102, 103), au moyen d'un dispositif de couplage (18) et d'une barre de couplage (29).
- Construction de bâtiment selon la revendication 1, caractérisée par le fait qu'au moins un rebord latéral (13, 14) a son plan perpendiculaire par rapport au premier côté (11) du composant structurel (9, 9a, 10).
- Construction de bâtiment selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée par le fait que la surface d'au moins un rebord latéral (13, 14) et le premier côté des panneaux de mur (10) forme un angle obtus α, de préférence de 100-135 degrès.
- Construction de bâtiment selon une des revendications de 1 à 3, caractérisée par le fait que la surface d'au moins un rebord latéral (13, 14) et le premier côté des panneaux de mur (10) forme un angle aigu β, de préférence de 55-80 degrès.
- Construction de bâtiment selon une des revendications de 1 à 4, caractérisée par le fait que chaque composant structurel (9, 9a, 10) est formé avec des conduits prêts pour le câblage électrique (34) avec un dispositif de commutation (36) situé près des rebords latéraux (13, 14) dans une position qui correspond à celle du dispositif de commutation (36) du composant structurel adjacent et qui peut être couplé à celui-ci, le composant structurel étant agencé de manière à être réglé avec précision au niveau des points de connexion de la barre de blocage (101) au niveaux des joints préformés et des positions de commutation spéciales (36) et des ouvertures d'inspection situées sur le deuxième côté du composant structurel afin de permettre le regainage sur le site.
- Construction de bâtiment selon une des revendications de 1 à 5, caractérisée par le fait que chaque unité de plancher (9, 9a) comprend au moins un rebord latéral (13, 14) disposé selon un angle. Le dispositif de couplage (18) réglable et la barre de blocage (29) pour le blocage, le scellement (100) et le désengagement de l'unité de plancher respective (9a, 9) des autres unités de plancher et de l'un de l'autre pour le montage et démontage respectivement.
- Construction de bâtiment selon une des revendications de 1 à 6, caractérisée par le fait qu'un certain nombre de composants structurels (9a, 9, 10) sont effectués avec des conduites prêtes pour le regainage sur le site destinées à l'eau et aux installations de mise à l'égout (38) avec couplage des conduites (40) disposées de manière à pouvoir être connectées, de préférence de par un réglage précis des composants structurels (102) au milieu des rebords latéraux (13, 14).
- Construction de bâtiment selon une des revendications de 1 à 7, caractérisée par le fait que chaque composant structurel (9, 9a, 10) a fait l'objet avant l'assemblage d'une couche de surface préparée rendant possible le réglage précis du composant structurel (103) en vue de l'alignement.
- Construction de bâtiment selon une des revendications de 1 à 8, caractérisée par le fait que les installations électriques (34) et de mise à l'égout (38) installées en usine sont construites de sorte que leurs emplacements exacts sont réglables sur le site au niveau des rebords latéraux (13,14) et que la partie avant des conduits prévue pour utilisation en vue du regainage comporte un composant qui confère aux conduits (34, 38) un regainage lisse lors du passage dans la rainure (1) et que les conduits qui ont été passés dans un tube vide comportent un dispositif de protection au niveau de la rainure (1).
