Description
- Dans le cas d'une valeur élevée de e : dans ce cas, la résilience des fibres atteint sa limite. Au-delà de e=2, les ondulations ont tendance à se transformer en plis et à persister dans le voile étiré en créant ainsi des irrégularités.
- Dans le cas de largeurs de travail importantes : pour des largeurs supérieures à 4 mètres, une ondulation générée au centre du voile ne peut se "détendre" qu'en poussant ses voisines. Dans ce cas, la résilience intrinsèque des fibres contenues dans une seule ondulation sera insuffisante pour pousser toute la largeur du voile. Elle dépend en outre fortement du type et de la nature des fibres utilisées.
- Dans le cas où l'on désire obtenir une valeur de e modulable sur la largeur du voile, ce qui peut s'avérer très utile dans le cas où l'on désire corriger les courbes de poids du voile : en effet, le voile a tendance à être légèrement plus lourd au centre que sur les côtés.
- Dans le cas où l'on désire générer des voiles en partant d'éléments de très faible largeur tels que des rubans, des filaments ou câbles.
- l'on fait subir aux fibres et/ou filaments une étape de prébouclage effectuée grâce à l'interpénétration d'un premier jeu de disques boucleurs portés sur un axe commun transversal et entraínés en rotation continue à une première vitesse, et d'un premier jeu d'éléments boucleurs fixes, le jeu de disques boucleurs et le jeu d'éléments boucleurs présentant une jauge j définie de manière à préboucler les fibres et/ou filaments avec une valeur d'ondulation ou période j,
- l'on retient à l'aide de moyens de blocage lesdits fibres et/ou filaments à intervalles réguliers d'une longueur de (n x j) où n est un entier compris entre 2 et 20,
- l'on permet l'expansion des fibres et/ou filaments prébouclés de manière à réaliser de grandes ondulations présentant une valeur d'ondulation ou période (n x j), et
- l'on étale par un simple étirage transversal les fibres et/ou filaments prébouclés sur une valeur d'ondulation ou période (n x j).
- un premier jeu de disques boucleurs portés sur un axe commun transversal et entraínés en rotation continue à une première vitesse,
- un premier jeu d'éléments boucleurs fixes, le jeu de disques boucleurs et le jeu d'éléments boucleurs présentant une jauge définie (j) en vue de préboucler les fibres et/ou filaments avec une valeur d'ondulation ou période (j),
- des éléments de blocage disposés régulièrement avec une jauge (n x j) où n est un entier compris entre 2 et 20 et destinés à bloquer les fibres et/ou filaments prébouclés sur une valeur d'ondulation ou période (j) à intervalles réguliers d'une longueur (n x j), et
- un tapis étaleur permettant la mise à plat des fibres et/ou filaments.

Claims (12)
- Procédé permettant d'obtenir une orientation adéquate d'éléments constitutifs d'un voile, tels que des fibres et/ou filaments, par exemple issu d'une carde, caractérisé en ce que :l'on fait subir aux fibres et/ou filaments une étape de prébouclage effectuée grâce à l'interpénétration d'un premier jeu de disques boucleurs (11) portés sur un axe commun transversal (10) et entraínés en rotation continue à une première vitesse (V1), et d'un premier jeu d'éléments boucleurs fixes (12), le jeu de disques boucleurs (11) et le jeu d'éléments boucleurs (12) présentant une jauge définie (j) de manière à préboucler les fibres et/ou filaments avec une valeur d'ondulation ou période (j),l'on retient à l'aide de moyens de blocage lesdits fibres et/ou filaments à intervalles réguliers d'une longueur de (n x j) où n est un entier compris entre 2 et 20,l'on permet l'expansion des fibres et/ou filaments prébouclés de manière à réaliser de grandes ondulations présentant une valeur d'ondulation ou période (n x j), etl'on étale par un simple étirage les fibres et/ou filaments prébouclés sur une valeur d'ondulation ou période (n x j).
- Dispositif destiné à la mise en oeuvre du procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend :un premier jeu de disques boucleurs (11) portés sur un axe commun transversal (10) et entraínés en rotation continue à une première vitesse (V1),un premier jeu d'éléments boucleurs fixes (12), lesdits éléments boucleurs (12) étant disposés entre lesdits disques boucleurs (11), le jeu de disques boucleurs (11) et le jeu d'éléments boucleurs (12) présentant une jauge définie (j) en vue de préboucler les fibres et/ou filaments avec une valeur d'ondulation ou période (j),des éléments de blocage (15,25) disposés régulièrement avec une jauge (n x j) où n est un entier compris entre 2 et 20 et destinés à bloquer les fibres et/ou filaments prébouclés sur une valeur d'ondulation ou période (j) à intervalles réguliers d'une longueur (n x j), etun tapis étaleur (100) permettant la mise à plat des fibres et/ou filaments.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que les éléments boucleurs (12,15) sont des doigts boucleurs.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que les éléments de blocage sont constitués par des doigts boucleurs (15) plus longs que les autres doigts boucleurs (12) et présents tous les 2 à 20 doigts boucleurs consécutifs.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que les éléments de blocage sont constitués par un autre jeu de disques détacheurs (25) portés sur un axe commun transversal (20) et entraínés en rotation continue à une vitesse correspondant à la vitesse (V1) de rotation des disques boucleurs (11).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que les disques détacheurs (25) sont disposés dans le prolongement de certains des éléments boucleurs (12).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 6, caractérisé en ce que le tapis étaleur (100) est constitué par un ensemble de courroies individuelles (101,102,103,...) disposées de manière divergente.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que le nombre de courroies individuelles (101,102,103,...) correspond essentiellement au nombre d'éléments de blocage.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 7 ou 8, caractérisé en ce que les éléments de blocage pénètrent légèrement entre les différentes courroies individuelles (101,102,103,...).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 7 à 9, caractérisé en ce que des moyens mécaniques sont prévus pour faire varier légèrement les vitesses longitudinales des courroies de sorte que la vitesse d'avance en tout point transversal du voile soit équivalente pour toutes les courroies (101,102,103,...).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 10, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend en outre des moyens de condensation des fibres et/ou filaments disposés en amont du premier jeu de disques boucleurs (11) et du premier jeu d'éléments boucleurs fixes (12).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de condensation des fibres sont constitués par un deuxième jeu de disques boucleurs (51) portés sur un second axe commun transversal (50), entraínés en rotation continue à une vitesse (V5) et entre lesquels sont disposés des éléments boucleurs fixes (52) formant un deuxième jeu d'éléments boucleurs, le deuxième jeu de disques boucleurs (51) et le deuxième jeu d'éléments boucleurs fixes (52) présentant la même jauge définie (j) que le premier jeu de disques boucleurs (11) et le premier jeu d'éléments boucleurs fixes (12), la vitesse de rotation (V5) du deuxième jeu de disques boucleurs (51) étant supérieure à celle du premier jeu de disques boucleurs (11).
