Claims (12)
- Verfahren, das es ermöglicht, eine entsprechende Ausrichtung von Elementen, die einen Flor bilden, wie beispielsweise Fasern und/oder Filamente, die beispielsweise von einem Rahmen kommen, zu erhalten, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass:die Fasern und/oder Filamente einem Schritt des Vorschlingenbildens unterzogen werden, der durch das Ineinanderdringen eines ersten Satzes von Schlingenbildungsscheiben (11), die auf einer gemeinsamen Querachse (10) getragen und in kontinuierlicher Drehung mit einer ersten Geschwindigkeit (V1) angetrieben werden, und eines ersten Satzes von festen Schlingenbildungselementen (12) verwirklicht wird, wobei der Satz von Schlingenbildungsscheiben (11) und der Satz von Schlingenbildungselementen (12) ein definiertes Gauge (j) aufweisen, um eine Vorschlingenbildung der Fasern und/oder Filamente mit einem Wellungswert oder einer Periode (j) durchzuführen,mit Hilfe von Feststellmitteln die Fasern und/oder Filamente in regelmäßigen Abständen mit einer Länge von (n x j) gehalten werden, wobei n eine ganze Zahl zwischen 2 und 20 ist,die Dehnung der der Vorschlingenbildung unterzogenen Fasern und/oder Filamente ermöglicht wird, um große Wellungen herzustellen, die einen Wellungswert oder eine Periode von (n x j) aufweisen, unddurch ein einfaches Verziehen die der Vorschlingenbildung unterzogenen Fasern und/oder Filamente auf einen Wellungswert oder eine Periode (n x j) aufgelegt werden.
- Vorrichtung, die für den Einsatz des Verfahrens nach Anspruch 1 bestimmt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie umfasst:einen ersten Satz von Schlingenbildungsscheiben (11), die auf einer gemeinsamen Querachse (10) getragen und in kontinuierlicher Drehung mit einer ersten Geschwindigkeit (V1) angetrieben werden,einen ersten Satz von festen Schlingenbildungselementen (12), wobei die Schlingenbildungselemente (12) zwischen den Schlingenbildungsscheiben (11) angeordnet sind, wobei der Satz von Schlingenbildungsscheiben (11) und der Satz von Schlingenbildungselementen (12) ein definiertes Gauge (j) aufweisen, um die Fasern und/oder Filamente einer Vorschlingenbildung mit einem Wellungswert oder einer Periode (j) zu unterziehen,Feststellelemente (15, 25), die regelmäßig mit einem Gauge (n x j) angeordnet sind, wobei n eine ganze Zahl zwischen 2 und 20 ist, und die dazu bestimmt sind, die der Vorschlingenbildung unterzogenen Fasern und/oder Filamente auf einem Wellungswert oder einer Periode (j) in regelmäßigen Abständen mit einer Länge von (n x j) festzustellen, undeine Auflegebahn (100), die es ermöglicht, die Fasern und/oder Filamente flach aufzulegen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schlingenbildungselemente (12, 15) Schlingenbildungsfinger sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Feststellelemente von längeren Schlingenbildungsfingern (15) als die anderen Schlingenbildungsfinger (12) gebildet sind, die alle 2 bis 20 aufeinander folgende Schlingenbildungsfinger vorhanden sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Feststellelemente von einem weiteren Satz von Abnahmescheiben (25) gebildet sind, die auf einer gemeinsamen Querachse (20) getragen und in kontinuierlicher Drehung mit einer Geschwindigkeit angetrieben werden, die der Drehgeschwindigkeit (V1) der Schlingenbildungsscheiben (11) entspricht.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abnahmescheiben (25) in der Verlängerung von gewissen der Schlingenbildungselemente (12) angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Auflegebahn (100) von einer Gesamtheit von Einzelriemen (101, 102, 103,...), die divergierend angeordnet sind, gebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anzahl von Einzelriemen (101, 102, 103, ...) im Wesentlichen der Anzahl von Feststellelementen entspricht.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Feststellelemente leicht zwischen die verschiedenen Einzelriemen (101, 102, 103, ...) eindringen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mechanische Mittel vorgesehen sind, um die Längsgeschwindigkeiten der Riemen derart leicht zu verändern, dass die Vorschubgeschwindigkeit an jedem Querpunkt des Flores für alle Riemen (101, 102, 103, ...) gleichwertig ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie ferner Mittel zur Kondensation der Fasern und/oder Filamente umfasst, die stromaufwärts zum ersten Satz von Schlingenbildungsscheiben (11) und zum ersten Satz von festen Schlingenbildungselementen (12) angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel zur Kondensation der Fasern von einem zweiten Satz von Schlingenbildungsscheiben (51) gebildet sind, die auf einer zweiten gemeinsamen Querachse (50) getragen und in kontinuierlicher Drehung mit einer Geschwindigkeit (V5) angetrieben werden und zwischen denen feste Schlingenbildungselemente (52) angeordnet sind, die einen zweiten Satz von Schlingenbildungselementen bilden, wobei der zweite Satz von Schlingenbildungsscheiben (51) und der zweite Satz von festen Schlingenbildungselementen (52) dasselbe definierte Gauge (j) wie der erste Satz von Schlingenbildungsscheiben (11) und der erste Satz von festen Schlingenbildungselementen (12) aufweisen, wobei die Drehgeschwindigkeit (V5) des zweiten Satzes von Schlingenbildungsscheiben (51) größer als jene des ersten Satzes von Schlingenbildungsscheiben (11) ist.
