Claims (2)

  1. Halskrause für Flaschen, bestehend aus einem einteiligen Körper (1), der für das Umlegen um den Hals von Flaschen operativ schließbar ist und über entsprechende Vorrichtungen für das positionale Rückhalten um diesen Flaschenhals verfügt, wobei der genannte einteilige Körper ein extra flaches aus einem Laminat ausgestanztes und im Allgemeinen mit einem quadratischen /rechteckigen Grundriss und einer Mehrzahl von parallelen Anstanzungen (11) bestehendes vorgeformtes Teilstück ist, bei dem die parallelen Anstanzungen eine Mehrzahl von flachen Flächengebilden (12) begrenzen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedes einzelne dieser Flächengebilde an ihren gegenüber liegenden Rändern faltbare trapezförmige Anschnitte (13 (13') besitzt, welche ihrerseits in einem kleineren konkav bogenförmigen Rand enden (14) (14'), wobei dieser Rand an einem der Enden radial angeordnete Einschnitte besitzt, die in der geschlossenen Funktionsstellung den oben angesprochenen positionalen Rückhalt der Halskrause am Flaschenhals sicher stellen, und der andere Rand glatt und ohne Einschnitte und dafür angedacht ist, sich in der funktionellen Position der Halskrause um die Nähe der Öffnung des Flaschenhalses zu legen.
  2. Halskrause für Flaschen nach dem obigen Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die flachen Flächengebilde (12) dieselbe Flächengröße haben.
