Description

  • La présente invention a trait à une nouvelle collerette pour bouteilles.
  • On connaît déjà des collerettes pour bouteilles, qui ont la forme d'étiquettes de petite taille adossées par collage au goulot de la bouteille. Ces collerettes conventionnelles offrent un faible impact visuel et une surface réduite pour l'inclusion d'informations. Le document US-A-5 289 650 décrit une collerette faite à partir d'une seule pièce qui repose sur l'épaule de la bouteille.
  • La présente invention a trait à une collerette pour bouteilles ayant une nouvelle structuration. Elle se compose d'un corps d'une seule pièce se fermant en position opérationnelle en emprisonnant le goulot d'une bouteille et qui a les moyens de la retenir positionnée autour de ce goulot; où ce corps d'une seule pièce est une portion extra-plate estampée et préformée à partir d'un développement laminaire ayant un plan quadrangulaire/rectangulaire avec plusieurs estampages parallèles qui limitent plusieurs faces planes; chacune de ces faces présentant, sur deux bords opposés, une portion trapézoïdale ayant une base plus petite en arc concave; l'une d'entre elles présente un bord strié radialement qui constituent les moyens mentionnées de la retenir en position, alors que l'autre présente un bord lisse, destiné à être disposé dans une position, proche de l'embouchure de la bouteille.
  • En particulier, ces faces planes sont superficiellement identiques.
  • Pour mieux comprendre l'objet de la présente invention, on a représenté sur les plans une forme préférentielle de réalisation pratique, susceptible de changements accessoires qui n'en dénaturent pas le fondement.
    • La figure 1 représente une vue générale schématique d'une collerette (1) selon l'invention, disposée de façon opérationnelle sur une bouteille (2).
    • La figure 2 représente une vue générale schématique en plan - développement- du corps d'une seule pièce (1) qui, une fois enclenché, constitue la collerette pour bouteilles, selon l'invention.
  • On décrit ci-dessous un exemple de réalisation pratique, non limitative, de la présente invention.
  • La présente invention a trait à une collerette pour bouteilles, ayant une nouvelles structuration, à partir d'un corps d'une seule pièce (1) laminaire et préformé.
  • Conformément à l'invention et suivant la réalisation représentée, ce corps d'une seule pièce (1) définit dans son développement:
    • plusieurs estampages (11) disposés parallèlement permettant de délimiter entre eux plusieurs faces planes (12).
    • plusieurs portions trapézoïdales (13), (13') disposées de deux en deux tous les deux bords opposés de ces faces planes (12). Les portions trapézoïdales (13), (13') comportent leur plus petite base respective (14), (14') curviconcave. Les bases curviconcaves (14') des portions trapézoïdales (13') sont striées radialement.
    • une languette (15) sur un rebord frontal d'une face plane (12) extrême, pour l'enclenchement de la collerette (par collage ou similaire) en conjonction avec la face plane (12) opposée longitudinalement.
  • Grâce à cette structure, lors de l'enclenchement, la collerette (1) étreint le goulot de la bouteille (2) avec ses portions trapézoïdales (13) à bord concave lisse (14) bien en vue et avec le striage du bord concave (14') des portions trapézoïdales (13') cachés à la vue et retenant la collerette en position opérationnelle.

Claims (2)

  1. Collerette pour bouteilles se composant d'un corps d'une seule pièce (1) se fermant en position opérationnelle en emprisonnant le goulot d'une bouteille et comprenant des moyens permettant de la retenir positionnée autour de ce goulot; où ce corps d'une seule pièce est une portion extra-plate estampée préformée à partir d'un développement laminaire à plan général quadrangulaire / rectangulaire avec plusieurs estampages parallèles (11) qui délimitent plusieurs faces planes (12), se caractérisant par le fait que chacune de ces faces comporte, reliée à deux bords opposés, une portion pliable trapézoïdale (13,13') se terminant avec une base plus petite en arc concave (14,14') dont l'une présente un bord strié radialement constituant les moyens mentionnés permettant de retenir la collerette dans sa position opérationnelle alors que l'autre présente un bord lisse, destiné à être disposé dans une position dans une position proche de l'embouchure de la bouteille.
  2. Collerette pour bouteilles, selon la revendication précédente, se caractérisant par le fait que les faces planes (12) sont superficiellement semblables.
