Abstract
Die Erfindung besteht darin, dass bei einem Zylinder, der einen ins Innere des Zylinders ragenden Kanal mit Kanalkanten aufweist, der sich in Richtung der Mantellinien des Zylinders erstreckt und durch den die Enden der Druckform geführt sind, und eine Vorrichtung zum Spannen der Druckform auf der Mantelfläche des Zylinders enthält, zum Erreichen im Wesentlichen über die Breite (b) der Druckform (1,16) konstanter Spannkräfte (7) mindestens eine der Kanalkanten (2,3,13,14) gewölbt ausgeführt ist.
Die Erfindung ist bei Druckmaschinen anwendbar, die einen Druckformzylinder aufweisen, der insbesondere zur Aufnahme von Druckfolien ausgebildet ist.

Claims (6)
- Zylinder zur Aufnahme einer Druckform, enthaltend einen ins Innere des Zylinders ragenden Kanal mit Kanalkanten, der sich in Richtung der Mantellinien des Zylinders erstreckt und durch den die Enden der Druckform geführt sind,
und enthaltend eine Vorrichtung zum Spannen der Druckform auf der Mantelfläche des Zylinders,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zum Erreichen im Wesentlichen über die Breite (b) der Druckform (1, 16) konstanter Spannkräfte (7) mindestens eine der Kanalkanten (2, 3, 13, 14) gewölbt ausgeführt ist. - Zylinder nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Bereich der Mitte (10, 19) der Druckform (1, 16) in Umfangsrichtung des Zylinders (11) die Wölbung vorsteht und in den Seitenbereichen (8, 9, 20, 21) der Druckform (1, 16) abnimmt. - Zylinder nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass beim Verwenden einer an beiden Enden der Druckform (1, 16) angreifenden Spannvorrichtung beide Kanalkanten (2, 3, 13, 14) ballig ausgeführt sind, wobei der Abstand der Kanalkanten (2, 3, 13, 14) im Bereich der Mitte (10, 19) der Druckform (1, 16) verringert ist und den Seitenbereichen (8, 9, 20, 21) der Druckform (1, 16) stetig zunimmt. - Zylinder nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kanalkanten (2, 3, 13, 14) abgerundet sind. - Zylinder nach Anspruch 1 und 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kanalkanten (2, 3, 13, 14) mit einem geringen Reibkoeffizienten ausgebildet sind. - Zylinder nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zur Verringerung der Reibung entlang der gewölbten Kanalkante (2, 3, 13, 14) Rollenelemente ausgebildet sind, die im Wesentlichen die Druckforrn (1, 16) tragen.
