Claims (10)
- Article de chevelure, comprenant un premier mors (1) et un second mors (2) allongés selon une direction d'allongement (I), opposés l'un à l'autre et articulés l'un à l'autre par des moyens d'articulation autorisant leur pivotement respectif autour d'un axe d'articulation latéral (II-II) entre une position angulairement écartée et une position rapprochée où les deux mors (1, 2) sont opposés l'un à l'autre, avec deux parties de préhension (8, 9) prolongeant les mors respectifs (1, 2) au-delà de l'axe d'articulation (II-II), caractérisé en ce qu'au moins le premier mors (1) comprend :un corps rigide ayant une partie principale (10) allongée se développant selon la direction d'allongement (I), et ayant des excroissances transversales (11, 12) parallèles,au moins une structure élastiquement flexible (13) se développant selon la direction d'allongement (I) et déportée latéralement à l'écart de la partie principale (10) du corps rigide et reliée aux seules excroissances transversales (11, 12) parallèles du corps rigide,la structure élastiquement flexible (13) ayant des parties saillantes (14-19 ; 114-119) orientées face au second mors (2).
- Article de chevelure selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que, en position rapprochée des deux mors (1, 2), les excroissances transversales (11, 12) sont dans un plan généralement parallèle au second mors (2).
- Article de chevelure selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le corps rigide comprend seulement deux excroissances transversales (11, 12) d'extrémité auxquelles sont solidarisées les extrémités respectives de la structure élastiquement flexible (13).
- Article de chevelure selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que l'axe d'articulation latéral (II-II) est disposé le long de la partie principale (10) du corps rigide, parallèlement à la direction d'allongement (I).
- Article de chevelure selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que l'axe d'articulation latéral (II-II) est disposé le long d'une excroissance transversale d'extrémité (11, 12) du corps rigide, perpendiculairement à la direction d'allongement (I).
- Article de chevelure selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que ledit premier mors (1) au moins comprend deux structures élastiquement flexibles (13, 21) parallèles et déportées latéralement l'une de l'autre parallèlement au second mors (2).
- Article de chevelure selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que les deux mors (1, 2) ont des structures similaires à corps rigide et structures élastiquement flexibles.
- Article de chevelure selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que la structure élastiquement flexible (13) est une structure en forme de tige incurvée en une série d'arches adjacentes se développant selon une surface perpendiculaire à l'autre mors et dont les pieds de liaison constituent lesdites parties saillantes (14-19).
- Article de chevelure selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que la structure élastiquement flexible (13) en arches adjacentes d'un premier mors (1) s'imbrique, en position rapprochée, dans une structure élastiquement flexible (22) en arches adjacentes décalées du second mors (2).
- Article de chevelure selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que chaque mors (1, 2) comprend :une première structure élastiquement flexible (113) définissant des premières parties saillantes (114-119) inclinées vers un premier sens de la direction d'allongement (I),une seconde structure élastiquement flexible (121) définissant des secondes parties saillantes (124-129) inclinées vers le second sens de la direction d'allongement (I).
