- the slide can occupy three positions, one position intermediate (see Figures 1, 3 and 6) in which jaw 5 is slightly away from jaw 3 by so as to leave the slot 4, the latter having a width less than cable diameter 30, but slightly greater than the thickness of the legs 33 so that the slide can pass freely on rider 32 by pivoting on the sleeves 34. It should be noted that the slide, according to the invention, can thus be used for both one-way and in the other since the body 1 can tilt freely as well in one way or the other as on the legs 20.
- the second position of the slide is a position open which allows the slide to be mounted on the cable 30 (see Figures 2, 5 and 7), the jaw 5 being tilted so that the slot 4 is wide enough to allow the passage through it of the cable 30.
- the third position is a safety position (see figure 8). This position is automatically obtained if the handle 21 is subjected to traction in the event drop for example and in this case the jaw 5 is tightened so as to cooperate against the jaw fixed 3, the slot 4 being thus closed.
- the slide by construction, occupies the first position and if we want to move the jaw in the second position, press button 11 (see figures 5 and 7), axis 25, pushed by the tilting towards the top of the handle 21, then fits into the notch 12 by sliding in channel 26. During the sliding of the axis 25 this is guided by the cams 27 which are inclined and control the tilting of the jaw 5 on its axis 6.
- axis 25 escapes the notch 12, the pusher returning to its position initial under the action of the thickness of the material elastic 8. Note that in this position intermediate, axis 25 is slightly away from the bottom of the channel 26 thanks to the thickness 28 (see FIG. 6). If one traction is applied to the handle 21 (see FIG. 8), axis 25 is pulled down and compresses the thickness flexible and elastic 28; during this movement, the cam 27 forces heel 7 to switch in the closing direction of the slot 4 corresponding to the safety position.

Claims (6)
- Coulisseau pour ligne de vie horizontale comprenant un câble (30) s'étendant le long d'une paroi et relié à celle-ci par des supports (31, 32, 33), ledit coulisseau étant du type comprenant un corps (1) présentant une gouttière (2) dans laquelle coulisse le câble (30), une poignée (21) destinée à recevoir l'une des extrémités d'une longe dont l'autre extrémité est reliée à un harnais de sécurité et une mâchoire (5) mobile de manière à permettre de former une fente (4) dans la gouttière afin de pouvoir monter le coulisseau sur le câble (30), ledit coulisseau étant caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte des moyens pour maintenir la mâchoire légèrement écartée dans une première position intermédiaire de manière à ménager une fente (4) correspondant à l'épaisseur des supports (31, 32, 33) du câble (30), des moyens (11) pour commander l'écartement de la mâchoire (5) pour agrandir la fente dans une seconde position d'ouverture afin de pouvoir monter le coulisseau sur le câble (30) et des moyens pour placer automatiquement le coulisseau dans une position de sécurité si une traction est appliquée sur la poignée (21), la mâchoire mobile (5) étant basculée pour que la fente (4) soit complètement obturée.
- Coulisseau pour ligne de vie horizontale, selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la mâchoire mobile (5) est articulée sur un axe (6) et comporte un talon (7) mobile à l'intérieur du corps (1) contre l'action de moyens élastiques (8) tendant à amener la mâchoire mobile (5) vers une position de fermeture de la fente (4), tandis que la poignée (21) est supportée par un axe (25) mobile dans un canal (26) du talon (7), le corps (1) comportant une came (27) avec laquelle coopère l'axe de la poignée, ladite came et ledit canal (26) étant inclinés en sens opposé par rapport à la verticale de manière que, lorsque l'axe (25) de la poignée (21) est déplacé vers le bas, la mâchoire tend à basculer vers la position de sécurité, tandis que lorsque ledit axe (25) de la poignée (21) est déplacé vers le haut, la mâchoire tend à basculer vers la position d'ouverture.
- Coulisseau pour ligne de vie horizontale, selon les revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que le talon (7) comporte une lumière transversale dans laquelle coulisse, contre l'action de moyens élastiques, un poussoir (11) comportant une échancrure (12) susceptible d'être amenée en regard de l'axe (25) de la poignée (21) de manière que ledit axe puisse être déplacé vers le haut pour que la mâchoire puisse être basculée vers la position d'ouverture.
- Coulisseau pour ligne de vie horizontale, selon les revendications 1, 2 et 3, caractérisé en ce que l'axe (25) de la poignée (21) est poussé vers le haut par des moyens élastiques de manière à porter contre le poussoir ; dans cette position la mâchoire est maintenue dans la position intermédiaire.
- Coulisseau pour ligne de vie horizontale, selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que les moyens élastiques (8) tendant à faire basculer la mâchoire mobile vers la position de fermeture de la fente sont constitués par une épaisseur de matière plastique cellulaire élastique.
- Coulisseau pour ligne de vie horizontale, selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que les moyens élastiques (28) tendant à pousser vers le haut l'axe de la poignée (21) dans le canal (26) sont constitués par une épaisseur de matière plastique cellulaire élastique insérée entre le fond du canal (26) et ledit axe (25).
