Claims (10)

  1. Procédé pour nettoyer des sacs textiles pour matières en vrac usagés (2) ou analogues en débarrassant toute la surface intérieure du sac textile d'impuretés et de résidus de matières en vrac au moyen du flux d'air traversant, le sac textile (2) présentant en haut une ouverture de remplissage (3), un volume de stockage (4) à peu près en forme de parallélépipède ou de cylindre et en bas une ouverture d'évacuation (5) réalisée notamment en forme de douille, sachant que le sac textile (2) est parcouru par l'air par l'intermédiaire d'une arrivée d'air (7) située au niveau de l'ouverture de remplissage (3) et d'une aspiration d'air (9) se trouvant au niveau de l'ouverture d'évacuation (5), que, d'une part, l'arrivée d'air (7) déplace une quantité d'air tellement plus importante que l'évacuation d'air (9) que le sac textile (2) se gonfle, caractérisé en ce que le sac textile (2) se trouve dans un corps creux adapté à sa forme, sachant qu'en se gonflant, il s'applique contre le corps creux qui l'entoure ou que le sac textile (2) est soumis à des vibrations, les vibrations étant générées par une commande notamment par intermittence de l'arrivée d'air (7) et/ou de l'évacuation d'air (9).

  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les vibrations sont générées mécaniquement, notamment au moyen d'un vibreur à piston (10).
  4. Dispositif (1) pour nettoyer des sacs textiles pour matières en vrac usagés (2) ou analogues en débarrassant toute la surface intérieure du sac textile d'impuretés et de résidus de matières en vrac au moyen du flux d'air traversant, le sac textile (2) présentant en haut une ouverture de remplissage (3), un volume de stockage (4) à peu près en forme de parallélépipède ou de cylindre et en bas une ouverture d'évacuation (5) réalisée notamment en forme de douille, sachant que sont chaque fois prévues une arrivée d'air (7) dotée d'un élément de raccordement (6) pour l'ouverture de remplissage (3) et une aspiration d'air (9) munie d'un élément de raccordement (8) pour l'ouverture d'évacuation (5), et que le débit de l'arrivée d'air (7) est tellement supérieur à celui de l'évacuation d'air (9) que le sac textile (2) est gonflé pendant le nettoyage, notamment pour mettre en oeuvre le procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que, d'une part, au moins un élément de raccordement (6, 8) est disposé de façon à être mobile librement dans certaines limites pour régler automatiquement l'écart entre les éléments de raccordement (6, 8), et, d'autre part, les éléments de raccordement (6, 8) sont disposés dans un corps creux adapté à la forme du sac textile (2), si bien que, pendant le nettoyage, le sac textile (2) est appliqué contre le corps creux qui l'entoure et/ou un dispositif de commande est prévu pour faire vibrer le sac textile (2) par une commande par intermittence de l'arrivée d'air (7) et/ou de l'aspiration d'air (9).
  5. Dispositif (1) selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce qu'est prévu un dispositif vibrant qui est appliqué contre le sac textile (2) par des éléments de contact (11).
  6. Dispositif (1) selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que les éléments de contact (11) sont disposés en haut et/ou en bas sur le sac textile (2).
  7. Dispositif (1) selon la revendication 5 ou 6, caractérisé en ce que les éléments de contact (11) sont disposés sur les côtés du sac textile (2)
  8. Dispositif (1) selon l'une des revendications 5 à 7, caractérisé en ce que les éléments de contact (11) présentent des espaces libres pour l'ouverture de remplissage ou d'évacuation (3, 5).
  9. Dispositif (1) selon l'une des revendications 5 à 8, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif vibrant renferme un vibreur à piston (10).
  10. Dispositif (1) pour nettoyer des sacs textiles pour matières en vrac usagés (2) ou analogues, le sac textile (2) présentant en haut une ouverture de remplissage (3), un volume de stockage (4) à peu près en forme de parallélépipède ou de cylindre et en bas une ouverture d'évacuation (5) réalisée notamment en forme de douille, sachant que ledit dispositif est utilisé pour nettoyer l'intérieur des sacs textiles en débarrassant toute la surface intérieure dudit sac textile d' impuretés et de résidus de matières en vrac au moyen d'un flux d'air traversant, que l'on fait vibrer le dispositif et que sont chaque fois prévues une arrivée d'air (7) dotée d'un élément de raccordement (6) pour l'ouverture de remplissage (3) et une aspiration d'air (9) dotée d'un élément de raccordement (8) pour l'ouverture d'évacuation (5), et que le débit de l'arrivée d'air (7) est tellement supérieur à celui de l'évacuation d'air (9) que le sac textile (2) est gonflé pendant le nettoyage, notamment pour mettre en oeuvre le procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un élément de raccordement (6, 8) est disposé de façon à être mobile librement dans certaines limites pour régler automatiquement l'écart entre les éléments de raccordement (6, 8).
