Claims (12)
- Vorrichtung mit bewegbarem Gitter (24) zum Schutz von Stiften (34) eines Stifte tragenden elektrischen Verbinders (12), welche(r) zum Zusammenwirken mittels Ineinanderfügens mit einem weibliche Kontakte tragenden elektrischen Verbinder (10) geeignet ist, umfassend:ein bewegbares Gitter (24) zum Schutz von Stiften (34), welches dem Stifte tragenden elektrischen Verbinder (12) zugeordnet ist, und welches zwei Positionen einnehmen kann, die eine vorstehend, zum Schutz der Stifte, und die andere zurückgesetzt, zum Freigeben der Stifte,ein feststehendes Gitter (16), welches dem weibliche Kontakte tragenden Verbinder zugeordnet ist,
wobei das feststehende Gitter (16) eine Extrahier-Klinke (60) umfasst, welche dazu geeignet ist, mit der bewegbaren Klinke während der Bewegungen von der zurückgesetzten Position des bewegbaren Gitters zur vorstehenden Position hin zusammenzuwirken. - Vorrichtung mit bewegbarem Schutz-Gitter gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das feststehende Gitter (16) gleichermaßen umfasst: einen Steuer-Stab (58), welcher dazu geeignet ist, das Abkoppeln der bewegbaren Klinke (42) vom ersten Anschlag sicherzustellen.
- Vorrichtung mit bewegbarem Schutz-Gitter gemäß Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die bewegbare Klinke (42) einen Kopf (44) umfasst, welcher mit einem ersten seitlichen Noppen (46) mit dreieckigem Querschnitt zum Ausbilden einer Rampe versehen ist.
- Vorrichtung mit bewegbarem Schutz-Gitter gemäß Anspruch 1 und 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Anschlag (52) gleichermaßen einen dreieckigen Querschnitt aufweist, und mit dem ersten seitlichen Noppen (46) eine Doppel-Rampe bildet.
- Vorrichtung mit bewegbarem Schutz-Gitter gemäß einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die bewegbare Klinke (42) einen Kopf (44) umfasst, welcher mit einem zweiten seitlichen Noppen (48) versehen ist, welcher zum Zusammenzuwirken mit dem Steuer-Stab (58) vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung mit bewegbarem Schutz-Gitter gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Extrahier-Klinke (60) an ihrem oberen Ende einen Extraktions-Kopf (70) trägt, dessen Querschnitt dreieckig ist, und welcher im Verbindungs-Sinn eine Rampe bildet.
- Vorrichtung mit bewegbarem Schutz-Gitter gemäß Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Extraktions-Kopf (70) einen Versatz aufweist, welcher einen Flügel (72) bildet, welcher dazu geeignet ist, mit dem ersten Noppen (46) der bewegbaren Klinke, von der zurückgesetzten Position zur vorstehenden Position hin, zusammenzuwirken.
- Vorrichtung mit bewegbarem Schutz-Gitter gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 2 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Steuer-Stab (58) umfasst: eine Nocke (65), welche dazu geeignet ist, mit einem vom Stifte tragenden Verbinder (12) getragenen zweiten feststehenden Anschlag (54) zusammenzuwirken, und eine Betätigungs-Vorrichtung (66), welche dazu geeignet ist ist, das Abkoppeln der bewegbaren Klinke (42) von dem ersten Anschlag (52), von der vorstehenden Position zur zurückgesetzten Position hin, sicherzustellen.
- Vorrichtung mit bewegbarem Schutz-Gitter gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 2 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Betätigungs-Vorrichtung (66) und die Nocke (65) in der/einer Höhe bezüglich des Flügels (72) versetzt sind.
- Elektrischer Verbinder, welcher umfasst: einen Stifte tragenden Verbinder-Teil (12) und einen weibliche Kontakte tragenden Verbinder-Teil (10), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er eine Vorrichtung mit bewegbarem Schutz-Gitter gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche umfasst.
- Elektrischer Verbinder gemäß Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Positionier-Mittel (40) drei identische Systeme umfassen, zwei seitliche und ein frontales.
- Elektrischer Verbinder gemäß Anspruch 10 oder 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stifte (34) von einem Kontakte tragenden Modul (22), welches in dem Gehäuse (26) des Stifte-tragenden Verbinders eingebracht ist, getragen werden, und dadurch, dass das bewegbare Schutz-Gitter (24) mit elastischen Laschen/Klauen (36) mit Rückhalte-Rasten (38) versehen ist, welche zum Zusammenwirken mit dem Modul vorgesehen sind.
