Claims (7)

  1. Elektrischer Steckverbinder, bestehend aus zwei Steckerteilen (1, 2), die jeweils einen Isolator umfassen (5, 6, 7; 8, 9, 10), in den mindestens ein elektrischer Kontakt (3, 4), der einen Befestigungsflansch (12) aufweist, von der Rückseite eingesteckt wurde und im Bereich seines Flansches festgehalten wird, wobei der Isolator jedes Steckerteils (1, 2) quer zur Steckrichtung der Kontakte in ein Hinterteil (7, 10) und ein Vorderteil (6, 9) unterteilt ist und Positionierungsmittel (21, 27) aufweist, die ermöglichen, die Teile in einer Wechselrichtung zu halten, in der sie einander genähert werden, wobei das Hinterteil für jeden Kontakt ein Rückhaltemittel aufweist, das mehrere vorspringende Zapfen (23) aufweist, die wie Zipfel in Richtung des Vorderteils überragen und zwar so, dass sie sich durch elastische Verformung beim Durchgang des Flansches eines Kontaktes entfernen und das Vorderteil für jeden Kontakt eine Verriegelungsvorrichtung zum Festsetzen des besagten Rückhaltemittels in der besagten angenäherten Wechselrichtung aufweist und eine Aufnahme (15) umfasst, die so angepasst ist, dass die besagten Zapfen sich nicht entfernen können, wenn sie in der besagten Aufnahme in der besagten angenäherten Wechselrichtung eingebunden sind, wobei die besagte Aufnahme auf der entfernten Seite des Hinterteils in einem Absatz (14) endet, der als Begrenzungsanschlag für die Stecktiefe der Kontakte dient, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das besagte Hinterteil (7, 10) und das besagte Vorderteil (6, 9), die zusammen einen Isolator bilden, der für den Einbau in ein Gehäuse (5, 8) für jeden Teil des Steckers (1, 2) bestimmt ist und die gleichzeitig Positionierungsmittel (21, 27) aufweisen, um sie in der besagten angenäherten Wechselposition zu halten und Positionierungsmittel (21, 26), um sie in einer wechselseitigen Position zu halten, in der die beiden besagten Teile (6, 9; 7, 10) mit einem Zwischenraum angeordnet sind und die besagten Positionierungsmittel (21; 26, 27), die besagten Zapfen (23) und die besagten Aufnahmen (15) so einander angepasst sind, dass
    a) die besagten Aufnahmen nicht mit den besagten Zapfen zusammenarbeiten und nicht dem Abstand der besagten Zapfen durch elastische Verformung beim Durchgang des Flansches eines Kontaktes in der besagten wechselseitigen Position und mit Abstand zu den beiden Isolierteilen entgegengerichtet ist und
    b) sie mit den besagten Zapfen in der besagten angenäherten wechselseitigen Position der beiden Isolierteile zusammenarbeiten, um
    b1) nicht nur zu verhindern, dass der Flansch eines Kontaktes die besagten Zapfen in der besagten angenäherten wechselseitigen Position überwindet sondern auch
    b2) den Durchgang der besagten wechselseitigen Position verhindert, die von der besagten angenäherten wechselseitigen Position entfernt ist, wenn ein Flansch eines Kontaktes die besagten Zapfen nur teilweise überwunden hat.
  2. Steckverbinder gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder Zapfen (23) auf der Innenseite eine Nocke (24) zwischen seinem Anschluss an das Hinterteil und seinem freien Ende aufweist.
  3. Steckverbinder gemäß einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Positionierungsmittel an den beiden Teilen (6, 7; 9, 10) des Isolators Einrastvorrichtungen aufweisen, die mit den beiden Teilen aus einem einzigen Stück bestehen.
  4. Steckverbinder gemäß Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einrastvorrichtungen an einem Teil eine vorspringende Lasche (20) aufweisen, die in Richtung des anderen Teils überragt und zwar so, dass sie elastisch durchhängen kann, wobei diese Lasche an ihrem freien Ende einen Zahn aufweist und an dem anderen Teil zwei transversale Einschnitte (26, 27), die so voneinander entfernt sind, dass das Einrasten des besagten Zahnes in den einen und anderen Einschnitt möglich ist.
  5. Steckverbinder gemäß Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die besagte Lasche (20) auf einer der beiden Seiten so geformt ist, dass sie nach außen durchhängt, in einer Position, so dass die Durchbiegung durch das Gehäuse (5, 8) verhindert wird, wenn die beiden Teile in dem Gehäuse montiert sind.
  6. Steckverbinder nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Blockierungsvorrichtungen (28) der beiden Teile (6, 7; 9, 10) des Isolators in dem Gehäuse (5,8) in der besagten zweiten Position auf einem der besagten Teile gebildet werden.
  7. Steckverbinder nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden Teile (6, 7; 9, 10) des Isolators aus Kunststoff geformt sind, ohne Nacharbeit, mit den besagten Positionierungsmittel, Rückhaltemittel und Verriegelungs- und Blockiervorrichtung.
