Die Erfindung betrifft ein Einbaugehause inbesondere für Scheinwerfer mit einer im Gehäusemantel vorgesehenen Gewindebohrung, in die eine Halterung für eine Schlauchdurchführung eingeschraubt ist.The invention relates to an installation housing, in particular for headlights, with a threaded bore provided in the housing jacket, into which a holder for a hose bushing is screwed.
Unterwasserscheinwerfer-Einbaugehäuse dienen zur Aufnahme einer Reflektoreinheit, die mittels einer Halterung eingefaßt wird. Diese Halterung ist über eine geeignete Verbindung wie z.B. eine Verschraubung mit einem Flansch des Einbautopfes, Federbügel oder ähnliches mit dem Einbautopf verbunden. Vorderseitig schließt der Unterwasserscheinwerfer mit einer an der genannten Halterung befestigten Blende ab. Die Reflektoreinheit besitzt an der Reflektorrückseite Anschlußklemmen für eine elektrische Stromversorgung. Das hierzu verwendete, mit einem Isoliermantel versehene Kabel muß über eine im Einbautopf vorgesehene Öffnung nach außen zu einer Spannungsquelle geführt werden, wobei die betreffende Öffnung wasserdicht ausgestaltet sein muß. Bei den nach dem Stand der Technik bekannten Ausführungsformen besteht diese Öffnung aus einer Gewindebohrung, in die von dem Einbautopfinneren wie vom Außenmantel her Stopfbuchsen eingeschraubt werden, durch die das Kabel durchgeführt ist. Eine konkrete Ausführungsform eines solchen Unterwasser-Einbauscheinwerfers ist beispielsweise in der DE 23 52 782 C3 beschrieben. Der Nachteil eines solchen Einbaugehäuses besteht darin, daß bei einem etwaigen Kabeldefekt oder bei einer Undichtigkeit einer der Stopfbuchsen das zuvor einbetonierte Einbaugehause komplett wieder ausgebaut werden muß, um die äußere Stopfbuchse bzw. einen dort befestigten Anschlußstutzen zugänglich zu machen. Je nach Ausgestaltung des Einbautopfes können bei dessen Ausbau Beschädigungen des Einbautopfes nicht sicher verhindert werden, zumindest sind jedoch aufwendige Wandaufstemmarbeiten erforderlich, um den Einbautopf herausnehmen zu können. Es ist Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung, ein Einbaugehause der genannten Art dahingehend zu verbessern, daß im Falle einer Wasserundichtigkeit oder beim Kabelaustausch die in der Gewindebohrung des Einbaugehausemantels eingeschraubte Kabelhalte- rung ohne den Einbautopf ausbauen zu müssen gelost werden kann. Die hierzu verwendete Halterung zur Schlauchdurchfuhrung soll zudem wasserdicht sein.Underwater spotlight housings are used to hold a reflector unit, which is enclosed by a bracket. Da die Zuganglichkeit des Schlauchnippels vom Gehauseinneren her gegeben ist, können der Schlauchnippel, die elastische Dichtung, die Druckschraube oder auch das Kabel ausgetauscht werden ohne das Einbaugehause aus der Wandnische entfernen zu müssen. Insbesondere ist das Einbaugehause zur Aufnahme eines Unterwasserscheinwerfers geeignet. Vor dem Einsetzen des Embaugehauses m eme entsprechende Wandnische wird ein Kabel 28 durch die Gewindebohrung 20 des Gehausemantels bzw. der Stirnwand 19 und den Schlauchnippel 21, den Dichtungsring 25 und die Druckschraube 24 durchgeführt. Anschließend werden die Ringdichtung sowie die Druckschraube über das Kabel in Richtung auf den Schlauchnippel 21 bewegt, in dessen Innengewinde 23 die Druckschraube 24 eingeschraubt wird. Hierdurch wird die Dichtung 25 in Richtung des konischen Bereiches 26 verschoben, worin sie sich schließlich bei stärkerer Druckbelastung über die Schraube eng an den Kabelaußenmantel anlegt, wodurch die gewünschte Wasserabdichtung erzielt wird. Der Schlauchnippel kann abschließend noch mit einer Schlauchschelle 27 mit dem Kabel fixiert werden. Hiernach wird der Schlauchnippel 21 zusammen mit einem O-Ring 29 als weiterer Abdichtung in die Gewindebohrung 20 von innen her eingeschraubt, wo sie jederzeit von innen her wieder gelost werden kann, vorzugsweise auch nach dem Einbetonieren des Embaugehauses in eine betreffende Schwimmbad-Wandnische.
