Claims (10)
- Verschlussdeckel für Öffnungen an Behältern, insbesondere an Kraftfahrzeugkühlern, mit einem Deckelinnenteil (4), das wenigstens eine Strömungsverbindung zwischen dem Behälterinneren und dem Behälteräußeren sowie eine Ventilanordnung (5) zum Freigeben und Sperren der Strömungsverbindung aufweist, wobei die Ventilanordnung (5) einen ersten (7) und einen zweiten (8) hin- und herbewegbaren Ventilkörper umfasst, wobei der erste Ventilkörper (7) durch eine erste Feder (11, 12) in Richtung auf das Behälterinnere gegen einen ersten Dichtsitz (14) an dem Deckelinnenteil (4) und gegen einen zweiten Dichtsitz (15) an dem zweiten Ventilkörper (8) vorgespannt ist, und wobei der erste Ventilkörper (7) bei Überschreiten eines ersten Grenzwertes des Behälterinnendrucks von dem Deckelinnenteil (4) sowie bei Überschreiten eines zweiten Grenzwertes des Behälterinnerdrucks von dem Deckelinnenteil (4) und dem zweiten Ventilkörper (8) jeweils unter Freigabe einer Strömungsverbindung zwischen dem Behälterinneren und dem Behälteräußeren abhebbar ist, wobei dem zweiten Ventilkörper (8) ein an dem Deckelinnenteil (4) vorgesehener dritter Dichtsitz (20) zugeordnet ist, gegen den der zweite Ventilkörper (8) bei einem dritten, zwischen dem ersten und dem zweiten liegenden Grenzwert für den Behälterinnendruck zur Anlage kommt, wodurch die zuvor bestehende Strömungsverbindung zwischen dem Behälterinneren und dem Behälteräußeren gesperrt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zweite Ventilkörper (8) durch eine zweite Feder (25) in Richtung auf das Behälteräußere vorgespannt ist, und dass der erste (14) und der zweite (15) Dichtsitz mit einer einzigen Dichtfläche (10) zusammenwirken, die an dem ersten Ventilkörper (7) angebracht ist.
- Verschlussdeckel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste (14) und der dritte (20) Dichtsitz an den voneinander abgewandten Stirnflächen einer hohlzylinderförmigen Hülse (22) ausgebildet sind, die durch einen Steg (23) mit dem Deckelinnenteil (4) verbunden ist.
- Verschlussdeckel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zweite Dichtsitz (15) radial innerhalb des ersten Dichtsitzes (14) angeordnet ist.
- Verschlussdeckel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der dritte Dichtsitz (20) radial außerhalb des zweiten Dichtsitzes (15) angeordnet ist.
- Verschlussdeckel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zweite Ventilkörper (8) eine Ventilhaube (16) mit einer im Wesentlichen zylinderförmigen Gestalt umfasst, an deren äußeren Mantelfläche eine Stufe (18) ausgebildet ist, die als Anschlag für eine Dichtung (19) dient, die durch einen Dichtring (17) fixiert wird, der die Ventilhaube (16) teilweise umgibt.
- Verschlussdeckel nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ventilhaube (16) an der hohlzylinderförmigen Hülse (22) axial verschiebbar geführt ist.
- Verschlussdeckel nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen der äußeren Umfangsfläche des Dichtrings (17) und dem Deckelinnenteil (4) ein Ringspalt ausgebildet ist.
- Verschlussdeckel nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen der äußeren Mantelfläche der Ventilhaube (16) und dem Deckelinnenteil (4) ein Ringspalt ausgebildet ist.
- Verschlussdeckel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Ventilkörper (7) einen Überdruckventilteller (9) umfasst, in dem eine zentrale Öffnung (27) ausgespart ist, die durch einen Unterdruckventilteller (28) verschlossen ist, der die zentrale Öffnung (27) freigibt, wenn im Behälterinneren Unterdruck vorliegt.
- Verschlussdeckel nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Unterdruckventilteller (28) mit Hilfe einer an dem zweiten Ventilkörper (8) abgestützten dritten Feder (29) gegen den Überdruckventilteller (9) vorgespannt ist.
