Claims (16)

  1. Verfahren zur automatischen Herstellung von Rundstrickwaren mit mindestens einem Schulterstück, einer Öse oder einem Träger, in Kreisstrickmaschinen mit mindestens einer zylindrischen Fontour, umfassend die folgenden Schritte:
    Herstellung beim kontinuierlichen Bewegen der Fontour von einer ersten Strecke von Rundstrickgewebe (1), die eine zylindrische Gestalt aufweist und mit einer letzten Strickreihe endet,
    Herstellung von mindestens einer zweiten Strecke von Strickgewebe (1), die mit einer ersten Strickreihe beginnt; und
    Herstellung beim kontinuierlichen Bewegen der Fontour von einer dritten Strecke von Rundstrickgewebe (1),
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
       die zweite Strecke von Strickgewebe (1) beim kontinuierlichen Bewegen der Fontour hergestellt ist, indem man von dem Strickbildungsprozess eine vorgegebene Anzahl von anliegenden Nadeln der Fontour ausschließt, die in mindestens einem bestimmten Strickbereich der Fontour ausgewählt sind, wobei diese vorgegebene Anzahl von Nadeln die entsprechenden Manschen des Strickgewebes (1) völlig fallen lässt, und durch eine automatische und programmierte Strickwiederaufnahme an der vorgegebenen Anzahl von Nadeln nach einer vorgegebenen Zeitspanne, so daß mindestens eine zum bestimmten Strickbereich entsprechende Seitenöffnung zwischen der letzten Strickreihe der ersten Strecke und der ersten Strickreihe der zweiten Strecke hergestellt wird, um von dieser zweiten und dritten Strecke von Strickgewebe mindestens ein Schulterstück, eine Öse oder einen Träger zu erhalten.
  2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es den Schritt umfasst, worin die Strickdichte in einem aktiven Teil des Gewebes im Vergleich zu einem passiven Teil des Gewebes 1 geändert wird.
  3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 2 dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der passive Teil die Grenze der Seitenöffnung darstellt, wobei der aktive Teil den passiven Teil mindestens teilweise umschließt.
  4. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die vorgegebene Anzahl von Nadeln in den Strickprozess an der Strickreihe nach der Strickreihe, wo die vorgegebene Anzahl von Nadeln ausgeschlossen wird, wiedereingesetzt wird, wodurch eine gesteuerte Trennung der zwei theoretisch hintereinanderliegenden Strickreihen in dem bestimmten Strickbereich erhalten wird.
  5. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, wobei nach dem Schritt, worin eine erste, mit einer letzten Strickreihe endende Strecke von Rundstrickgewebe (1) hergestellt wird, die folgenden Schritte durchgeführt werden:
    Unterbrechung des Strickprozesses für alle Nadeln der Fontour in Nicht-Arbeit-Position, und Ausschließung von allen Garnzuführungen;
    Fallenlassen der Manschen des Strickgewebes (1), die mit der vorgegebenen Anzahl von ausgeschlossenen Nadeln verbunden sind, während die restliche Nadeln der Fontour ihre Manschen von Strickgewebe (1) zurückhalten; und
    Wiederaufnahme des Strickprozesses sowohl mit den ausgeschlossenen Nadeln als auch mit den restlichen Nadeln zur Herstellung der ersten Strickreihe der zweiten Strecke, so daß dadurch mindestens eine Seitenöffnung im Strickstück (1) zwischen der letzten Strickreihe der ersten Strecke von Strickgewebe (1) und der ersten Strickreihe der zweiten Strecke von Strickgewebe (1) hergestellt wird, mit einer gesteuerten Trennung der zwei theoretisch hintereinanderliegenden Strickreihen in dem bestimmten Strickbereich.
  6. Verfahren nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1-3, wobei während des Schrittes umfassend die Herstellung der zweiten Strecke von Rundstrickgewebe die von der Strickbildung ausgeschlossenen Nadeln nach einer vorgegebenen Reihenfolge an der Fontour ausgewählt werden.
  7. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Ausschließung von dem Strickbildungsprozess für eine Gruppe von bevorzugt anliegenden Nadeln stufenweise und für bestimmte Strickbereiche kleiner als 360° durchgeführt wird, und danach eine graduelle Wiederaufnahme des Strickbildungsprozesses an denselben Nadeln nach Eingreifen von mechanischen oder pneumatischen Elementen mit Zungenöffnungsfunktionen erfolgt, zur völligen und gesteuerten Trennung von mindestens zwei theoretisch hintereinanderliegenden auch teilweise überlappenden Strickreihen, wobei eine Strickreihe die letzte Reihe des schon hergestellten Strickgewebes darstellt, während die andere Strickreihe die erste Strickreihe ist, die nach der vorgenannten Ausschließung hergestellt wird.
  8. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 zur Herstellung von Rundstrickwaren mit einer oder mehreren Öffnungen oder Durchgangslöchern zu ästhetischen oder funktionellen Zwecken, die bevorzugt ohne Schneiden und Nähen erhalten werden.
  9. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schulterstücke, Träger und verschiedene Öffnungen mit Rand (Rändern) mit einfachem oder mehrlägigen Gewebe versehen sind.
  10. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ränder mit den Nadeln des Zylinders unter Zuhilfenahme der Häkchen der Rippscheibe oder einer zusätzlichen Fontour, oder mit nur einem Teil der Zylindernadeln hergestellt werden, um innere Falbeln (Bi) durch geeignete Auswahl von alternierenden Nadeln zu erhalten.
  11. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf die Schulterstücke, Träger, Ösen und Öffnungen zusätzliche bevorzugt röhrenförmige Ärmel eingenäht werden, d.h. ohne Längsnähte und mit mindestens einem Rand, auch einem Doppelrand.
  12. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Strickwaren mit Schiebernadel-Maschinen hergestellt werden, wobei die Schiebernadeln den Strickbildungsprozess ohne Zungenöffner wiederaufnehmen.
  13. Verfahren nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1-12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Manschen von einem Teil der Nadeln nur stufenweise bei mindestens einer Zuführung ohne Garn fallen gelassen werden.
  14. Verfahren nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1-13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dem Strickbildungsprozess der schon ausgeschlossenen Nadeln das Eingreifen von Zungenöffnungsvorrichtungen vorausgeht, und der Prozess nur stufenweise durch ausgewählte Nadeln auch in alternierender Reihenfolge wiederaufgenommen wird, in mindestens eine Zuführung mit Garn.
  15. Verfahren nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1-14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß vor dem Fallenlassen der Manschen von einem Teil der Nadeln eine oder mehrere Reihen hergestellt werden, die auch aus zurückgehaltenen Manschen oder Rippen bestehen, wobei diese Maschen oder Rippen elektronisch durch entsprechendes motorgetriebenes Schloßsystem geändert werden können, bevorzugt durch Einsetzen von mindestens einem zusätzlichen Faden, der auch elastomerisch oder heißklebend sein kann.
  16. Verfahren nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1-3 oder 6-8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Fallenlassen der Manschen von einem Teil der Nadeln durch völlige Senkung der Nadeln ohne das neue Garn unterhalb die Arbeitsebene der Platinen synchronisch zu deren radialen Entfernung erfolgt.
