- Le bras de manoeuvre 10 occupe sa position médiane de sorte qu'il est, lui aussi, orienté verticalement.
- Les galets porteurs 5 et 6 s'appliquent tous horizontalement sur le dessus du rail 1.
- Les deux galets de guidage 36 de chacun des deux ensembles 7 et 8 prennent place, verticalement, de part et d'autre du rail 1.
- Le moteur 14 possède, avec son support 16, une position assez faiblement inclinée sur l'horizontale.
- L'arceau 11 et la barre d'équilibrage 12 sont encore situés dans un plan horizontal.
- Le support 4 se situe, lui aussi, dans un plan horizontal, et il se trouve ainsi orienté en direction de l'autre rail 2.
- Le bras de manoeuvre 10 est orienté, par rapport au châssis 4, de manière à se trouver relevé, obliquement.

- Le bras de manoeuvre 10 est orienté, par rapport au châssis 4, à l'opposé de la position des figures 3 et 4, pour se trouver ici aussi relevé obliquement.
- Les galets porteurs 5 et 6 s'appliquent tous verticalement sur le flanc extérieur du champignon 3 du rail 1.
- Les deux galets de guidage 36 de chacun des deux ensembles 7 et 8 prennent une orientation oblique, sensiblement à 45° (mais inverse de celle des figures 3 et 4), en s'orientant ici aussi de façon automatique par l'effet de l'engrenage constitué de la couronne dentée 38 et du pignon 42.
- Le moteur 14 possède, avec son support 16, une position assez faiblement inclinée sur l'horizontale, en sens inverse de l'inclinaison de la position des figures 1 et 2.
Claims (11)
- Meuleuse de profils de rails, comprenant une tête de meulage (9) recevant un outil abrasif de meulage (15), monté rotatif autour d'un axe (23) et apte à décrire aussi un mouvement de montée/descente parallèlement à son axe de rotation (23), la tête de meulage (9) étant portée par la partie médiane d'un châssis (4) pourvu, à ses extrémités, de moyens (5 à 8) de roulement, de guidage et de maintien sur un rail (1) d'une voie ferrée ou analogue, la meuleuse comprenant encore des moyens motorisés (14) pour l'entraínement en rotation de l'outil de meulage (15) autour de son axe (23) et des moyens de manoeuvre (10) pour le déplacement en va-et-vient (F) de la meuleuse dans la direction longitudinale du rail (1) à meuler, le châssis (4) étant pivotant avec la tête de meulage (9) autour d'un axe longitudinal de manière à permettre au choix le meulage du dessus du rail (1), ou du flanc du champignon (3) du rail (1) du côté intérieur de la voie, ou du flanc de champignon (3) du rail du côté extérieur de la voie, caractérisée en ce que les moyens motorisés d'entraínement en rotation de l'outil de meulage (15) sont constitués par un moteur à combustion interne (14), avec arbre de sortie horizontal (19), le moteur (14) étant fixé sur un support (16) qui est articulé, autour d'un axe longitudinal (17), sur un ensemble d'équilibrage (11, 12, 13) lui-même monté pivotant autour d'un axe longitudinal (40) sur le châssis (4), et prévu pour occuper en utilisation une position horizontale en prenant appui sur l'autre rail (2) de la voie, tandis que l'arbre de sortie horizontal (19) du moteur (14) est lié, à la tête de meulage (9) portée par le châssis (4), par un ensemble de transmission qui comprend un carter de transmission (20) formant une sorte de bielle, articulée entre l'arbre de sortie (19) du moteur (14) et un axe horizontal (21) lié au châssis (4) ou à la tête de meulage (9), de manière à limiter l'inclinaison du support (16) à des valeurs d'angle faibles.
- Meuleuse de profils de rails selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que l'ensemble de transmission comprend une roue dentée motrice (24) portée par l'arbre de sortie horizontal (19) du moteur (14), une courroie crantée (25) logée dans le carter de transmission (20), une roue dentée réceptrice (26) calée sur un arbre horizontal (27) monté tournant suivant l'axe horizontal (21) d'articulation du carter de transmission (20) sur le châssis (4) ou sur la tête de meulage (9), et un renvoi d'angle à pignons coniques (28, 29) liant ce dernier arbre (27) à un manchon (30) coaxial à l'outil de meulage (15), et lié par des cannelures (33) à un arbre (34) portant l'outil de meulage (15).
- Meuleuse de profils de rails selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que le châssis (4) possède deux tronçons longitudinaux (4a, 4b) décalés, l'arbre horizontal (27) monté suivant l'axe d'articulation du carter de transmission (20) entrant dans la tête de meulage (9) au niveau du "décrochement" existant entre les deux tronçons (4a, 4b) du châssis (4).
- Meuleuse de profils de rails selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que des moyens à ressort (22) sont prévus, qui agissent sur le support pivotant (16) du moteur thermique (14) pour compenser le poids de ce moteur (14).
- Meuleuse de profils de rails selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que les moyens à ressort précités sont réalisés sous la forme d'un ressort à gaz (22), ou de tout autre type, articulé entre l'ensemble d'équilibrage (11, 12, 13) et le support pivotant (16) du moteur (14).
- Meuleuse de profils de rails selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée en ce que l'inclinaison sur l'horizontale du support pivotant (16) du moteur (14), donc du moteur (14) lui-même, ne dépasse pas environ 15°, alors que le châssis (4) portant la tête de meulage (9) est inclinable de ± 90° d'un côté ou de l'autre, par rapport à sa position médiane verticale.
- Meuleuse de profils de rails selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisée en ce que l'ensemble d'équilibrage comprend, d'une part, un arceau (11) reliant entre elles les extrémités du châssis (4), et pivotant par ses propres extrémités (39), autour d'un axe longitudinal (40), relativement à ce châssis (4), et d'autre part une barre d'équilibrage transversale (12), fixée de façon démontable sur la partie médiane de l'arceau (11), et pourvue d'un galet ou rouleau d'appui (13) prévu pour s'appuyer et rouler sur l'autre rail (2) de la voie.
- Meuleuse de profils de rails selon la revendication 7, caractérisée en ce que le support pivotant (16) du moteur (14) est articulé (en 17) sur une chape (18) qui est fixée dans la partie médiane de l'arceau (11), à distance de l'axe d'articulation de l'arceau (11) sur le châssis (4).
- Meuleuse de profils de rails selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisée en ce que les moyens de manoeuvre pour le déplacement en va-et-vient (F) de la meuleuse comprennent un bras de manoeuvre (10) orientable, monté pivotant autour d'un axe longitudinal (43) sur le châssis (4), des moyens (44 à 47) étant prévus pour le blocage du bras de manoeuvre (10) dans une position angulaire présélectionnée.
- Meuleuse de profils de rails selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisée en ce que son châssis (4) porte, à chaque extrémité, un ensemble (7, 8) de deux galets de guidage (36) d'axes parallèles, montés sur un support commun (37) lui-même monté tournant autour d'un axe longitudinal relativement à l'extrémité correspondante du châssis (4), sur laquelle est aussi montée pivotante une extrémité (39) de l'ensemble d'équilibrage (11, 12, 13), une liaison par engrenages (38, 42) liant le support (37) des galets de guidage (36) à l'extrémité (39) de l'ensemble d'équilibrage (11, 12, 13) et/ou au châssis (4), de telle sorte que le pivotement de cet ensemble (11,12,13) relativement au châssis (4) s'accompagne d'une orientation proportionnelle des galets de guidage (36).
- Meuleuse de profils de rails selon l'ensemble des revendications 7 et 10, caractérisée en ce que chaque extrémité de l'arceau (11) est solidarisée avec un bloc de montage (39), monté pivotant autour d'un axe (40) solidaire de l'extrémité du châssis (4), le bloc de montage (39) possédant un moyeu circulaire (41) autour duquel est monté tournant le support (37) des galets de guidage (36), lequel support (37) possède une ouverture circulaire dans laquelle est montée une couronne dentée intérieurement (38), venant en prise avec un pignon (42) solidaire de l'axe (40).
