Abstract
Description
Claims (6)
- Vorrichtung zum Verbinden von Blechen durch Stanznieten oder Durchsetzfügen mit einer Matrize (10; 20), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Matrize (10; 20) zumindest teilweise mit einer Kohlenstoffschicht beschichtet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Matrize (10; 20) in dem dem Fügepunkt zugewandten Bereich mit einer Kohlenstoffschicht beschichtet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, zum Durchsetzfügen mit einem zusätzlichen Stempel (30), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auch der Stempel (30) zumindest teilweise mit einer Kohlenstoffschicht beschichtet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, bei der die Matrize (20) einen Amboß (22) mit auf diesem seitlich beweglichen Backen (21) umfaßt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sowohl der Amboß (22) als auch die Backen (21) zumindest teilweise mit einer Kohlenstoffschicht beschichtet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es sich bei der Kohlenstoffbeschichtung um eine "diamond-like Carbon"-(DLC)-Beschichtung handelt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kohlenstoffschicht durch Plasmabeschichtung oder Sputtern aufgebracht ist.
