gewünschte Winkelpositionen gebracht werden. Die Scharnierachse
erstreckt sich senkrecht zu den Führungsstäben 18, 19
und bildet eine Schwenkachse 26 für das Kopfteil 16. Die
Führungsstäbe 18, 19 sind am Rahmen 38 in als Führungsbuchsen
ausgebildeten Führungselementen 21, 22 axial verschiebbar
gelagert. Je nach Größe des Patienten wird das Kopfteil
16 beim Verschieben der Führungsstäbe 18 und 19 gegenüber
dem Rahmen 38 in eine bestimmte Längsposition gebracht.
Durch Feststellmittel, beispielsweise Feststellschrauben 42,
kann die gewünschte Längsposition am Rahmen 38 fixiert werden.
Die Längsverschiebung des Kopfteiles 16 kann von Hand

Schwenkposition des Kopfteiles 16 eingestellt werden kann
(Fig. 4). Zur Verschwenkung des Kopfteiles 16 ist mit diesem
starr ein Schwenkhebel 43 verbunden, an dessen Ende die Kolbenstange
