Claims (34)

  1. Applikator (1, 101, 201) zum Auftragen eines Produkts (M) auf Keratinfasern, insbesondere die Wimpern oder die Augenbrauen, der eine Anordnung von Borsten (2, 3) aufweist, die auf einen nicht gewundenen Träger (4) mit einer Achse (X) aufgebracht und in der Lage sind, das Produkt aufzutragen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anordnung von mindestens einer ersten Gruppe von Borsten (2), die in einer ersten Lage (P) angeordnet sind, und mindestens einer zweiten Gruppe von Borsten (3) gebildet wird, die in einer zweiten Lage (S) angeordnet sind, wobei die Anordnung so ist, dass die Borsten der ersten Lage (P) sich mit den Borsten der zweiten Lage (S) kreuzen, wenn man den Applikator quer zur Achse (X) betrachtet.
  2. Applikator nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Borsten (2, 3) innerhalb der ersten und der zweiten Lage (P, S) zumindest teilweise in Form von Büscheln (T) angeordnet sind.
  3. Applikator nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedes Büschel (T) aus 2 bis 200 Borsten, vorzugsweise aus 4 bis 100 Borsten, und insbesondere aus 5 bis 50 Borsten besteht.
  4. Applikator nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Borsten (2, 3) der ersten und der zweiten Lage (P, S) sich in Abstand zu ihrem (ihren) freien Ende(n) kreuzen.
  5. Applikator nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass außerdem die Borsten (2) der ersten Lage (P) sich mit den Borsten (3) der zweiten Lage (S) kreuzen, wenn man den Applikator gemäß der Achse (X) betrachtet.
  6. Applikator nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste und die zweite Lage (P, S) zueinander parallel sind.
  7. Applikator nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste und die zweite Lage (P, S) in einem Abstand (d1 ) ungleich Null zueinander angeordnet sind.
  8. Applikator nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste und die zweite Lage (P, S) miteinander in Kontakt sind.
  9. Applikator nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste und die zweite Lage (P, S) nicht zueinander parallel sind.
  10. Applikator nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste und die zweite Lage (P, S) senkrecht zu einer Einsetzebene (5) der Borsten (2, 3) auf dem Träger (4) liegen.
  11. Applikator nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens eine der ersten und zweiten Lagen (P, S) nicht senkrecht zu einer Einsetzebene (5) des Trägers (4) liegt.
  12. Applikator nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste und die zweite Lage (P, S) zueinander divergieren.
  13. Applikator nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste und die zweite Lage (P, S) zueinander konvergieren.
  14. Applikator nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste Lage (P) mit der zweiten Lage (S) einen Winkel (α1) zwischen 15° und 165° bildet.
  15. Applikator nach Anspruch 13 oder 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste und die zweite Lage (P, S) sich gemäß mindestens einer Linie (L, L1, L2) kreuzen, die in Abstand zum freien Ende der Borsten (2, 3) liegt.
  16. Applikator nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er außerdem eine dritte Gruppe von Borsten aufweist, die in einer dritten Lage (R) angeordnet sind.
  17. Applikator (1, 101, 301) nach Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er zwei parallele Lagen (P, S) und mindestens eine Lage (R) aufweist, die sich mit mindestens einer der parallelen Lagen (P, S) kreuzt.
  18. Applikator nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Borsten (2, 3) innerhalb der Lagen (P, R, S) parallel zueinander sind.
  19. Applikator nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass innerhalb mindestens einer Lage (P, R, S) die Borsten (2, 3) eine unterschiedliche Dichte haben.
  20. Applikator nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste und die zweite Lage (P, S) zumindest über einen Teil ihrer Länge unterschiedliche Höhen (H1, H2) aufweisen.
  21. Applikator nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens eine der Lagen (P, R, S) über mindestens einen Teil ihrer Länge eine insbesondere progressiv variable Höhe (H) aufweist.
  22. Applikator nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Träger (4) aus mindestens zwei insbesondere durch ein Folienscharnier (20) verbundenen Teilen besteht, die insbesondere durch Einklinken, Schweißen oder Kleben zusammengesetzt sind, um die Borstenanordnung (2, 3) zu bilden.
  23. Applikator nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens eine der Lagen (P,S; P',S') den Träger (4) durchquert und sich zu beiden Seiten dieses letzteren erstreckt.
  24. Applikator nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Borsten (2, 3) Unebenheiten aufweisen, die ihre Verankerung im Träger (4) begünstigen.
  25. Applikator nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 24, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Borsten (2) innerhalb der ersten Lage (P) einen ersten Winkel (β1) mit dem Träger (4) bilden, der sich von einem zweiten Winkel (β2) unterscheidet, der innerhalb der zweiten Lage (S) von den Borsten (3) in Bezug auf den Träger (4) gebildet wird, wobei die Winkel (β1, β2) zwischen 30° und 150° liegen.
  26. Applikator nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Borsten (2, 3) unter den natürlichen oder synthetischen Borsten ausgewählt werden und insbesondere aus Polyethylen, Polypropylen, Ethylen/Propylen-Copolymer, Polyamid, Polyester, Polyvinylchlorid, Polytetrafluorethylen (Teflon), Polyethylenterephthalat oder aus thermoplastischem Elastomermaterial oder einer Mischung solcher Borsten hergestellt werden.
  27. Applikator nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das die Borsten (2, 3) bildende Material Wirkstoffe wie Graphit, Molybdändisulfid oder Polytetrafluorethylen (Teflon) enthält, die dazu bestimmt sind, das Gleiten auf den zu behandelnden Fasern zu verbessern.
  28. Applikator nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Querschnitt der Borsten (2, 3) in einem Kreis mit einem Durchmesser zwischen etwa 6/100 mm und etwa 30/100 mm, und vorzugsweise zwischen 8/100 mm und 20/100 mm liegt.
  29. Applikator nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Borsten (2, 3) Querschnitte unterschiedlicher Form aufweisen.
  30. Applikator nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die sichtbare Länge der Borsten (2, 3) zwischen etwa 0,5 mm und etwa 20 mm, und vorzugsweise zwischen 1 mm und 10 mm liegt.
  31. Applikator nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens ein Teil der Borsten (2', 3') freie Enden aufweist, die abgerundet, verdünnt, gabelförmig, nadelkopf- (7) oder hakenförmig sind.
  32. Applikator nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er durch Aufformen oder Aufspritzen des Trägers (4) aus einem thermoplastischen Material um die Borsten (2, 3) herum erhalten wird.
  33. Einheit (A) zum Auftragen eines Produkts (M), insbesondere eines Kosmetikprodukts, auf die Wimpern oder Augenbrauen, die einen Behälter (11) für die Aufnahme einer Produktreserve (M), ggf. ein Abstreiforgan (19), und einen Applikator (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche aufweist, wobei der Applikator lösbar auf dem Behälter angeordnet werden kann und ein Greifelement (10) aufweist.
  34. Verwendung einer Einheit (A) nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch zum Schminken und/oder Behandeln der Wimpern oder Augenbrauen.
