Claims (18)

  1. Vorrichtung (1) zum Auftragen eines Produkts, insbesondere eines Kosmetik- oder Pflegeprodukts, auf eine Oberfläche, insbesondere die Haut oder die Haare, die einen Behälter (40) und ein Element (2) aufweist, das eine Auftragfläche (3) definiert, die über mindestens einen Durchlass (13, 14, 15) gespeist wird, wobei das Auftragelement (2) auf einen Träger (6) montiert ist, der ein erstes Befestigungsmittel (7, 8) aufweist, das dazu bestimmt ist, mit einem zweiten, zum ersten komplementären Befestigungsmittel (33, 34) zusammenzuwirken, um die Montage des das Produkt enthaltenden Behälters (40) zu ermöglichen, wobei das Zusammenwirken des ersten und des zweiten Befestigungsmittels das Ineingriffbringen eines Elements (42), das eine Öffnung (44) verschließt, die vom Behälter begrenzt wird, mit mindestens einem Öffnungselement (19, 20, 21) bewirkt, das vom Träger (6) gebildet wird, um die zumindest teilweise Freigabe der Öffnung (44) zu bewirken und es dem Produkt zu ermöglichen, die Auftragfläche (3) über den Durchlass (oder die Durchlässe) zu speisen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das zweite Befestigungsmittel von einem Montageelement (30) getragen wird, das vom Behälter (40) getrennt ist.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die ersten (7, 8) und zweiten Befestigungsmittel (33, 34) die lösbare Montage des Behälters (40) gewährleisten.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Behälter (40) in Form einer Dosis gestaltet ist, die das Produktvolumen enthält, das für eine Anwendung notwendig ist.
  4. Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verschlusselement (42) des Behälters (40) aus einer insbesondere heißversiegelten Folie besteht, die vom Öffnungselement (19, 20, 21) durchstoßen werden kann.
  5. Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie ein steifes oder im wesentlichen steifes Greifelement (31) aufweist.
  6. Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Öffnungselement (oder die Öffnungselemente) (19, 20, 21) aus mindestens einer Hohlnadel besteht (bestehen), die aus dem insbesondere abgeschrägten freien Rand (19, 20, 21) mindestens einer rohrförmigen Leitung (16, 17, 18) besteht, die vom Träger (6) gebildet wird und einerseits mit dem Durchlass (oder den Durchlässen) (13, 14, 15), und andererseits mit dem Behälter (40) in Verbindung steht.
  7. Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Wand der rohrförmigen Leitung (oder der rohrförmigen Leitungen) (16, 17, 18) von einem axialen Schlitz (22, 23, 24) durchquert wird, der sich über die ganze oder einen Teil der Höhe der Leitung (16, 17, 18) erstreckt und am eine Hohlnadel bildenden freien Rand (19, 20, 21) mündet.
  8. Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Auftragelement (2) von mehreren Speisedurchlässen (13, 14, 15) durchquert wird, die so angeordnet sind, dass sie die Speisung praktisch der ganzen Auftragfläche (3) mit Produkt erlauben.
  9. Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Auftragelement (2) aus einem insbesondere thermoplastischen Sintermaterial, einem Filz oder einem elastisch zusammendrückbaren Material besteht, insbesondere einem thermokomprimierten Schaumstoff.
  10. Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Auftragelement (2) mit einer für das Produkt (50) durchlässigen dünnen Schicht, insbesondere aus einem Gewebe oder einem Vlies, wie zum Beispiel Lycra@, Polyamid, Polyurethan, Polyvinylchlorid, Plüsch oder Samt, oder einer Lochfolie bedeckt ist.
  11. Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Auftragfläche (3) Wölbungen (4) bildet, die die zu behandelnde Oberfläche massieren und/oder das Eindringen des Produkts in die zu behandelnde Oberfläche begünstigen können.
  12. Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Behälter (40) zumindest zum Teil aus einem geschmeidigen Material besteht, um den Austritt des Produkts als Reaktion auf einen auf die Wände der Dosis ausgeübten Druck begünstigen zu können.
  13. Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Behälter (40) aus einem insbesondere durchscheinenden thermogeformten Behälter besteht, von dem eine Öffnung von einer Membran (42) in Form einer dünnen Schicht, insbesondere aus Aluminium oder einem Komplex verschlossen wird, der mindestens eine metallische Lage und mindestens eine thermoplastische Lage enthält.
  14. Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der thermogeformte Behälter insbesondere aus Polypropylen, Polyvinylchlorid oder Acrylnitrilcopolymer (BAREX®) hergestellt wird.
  15. Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die ersten (8) und zweiten Befestigungsmittel (34) durch Schraubverbindung oder Einklinken zusammenwirken.
  16. Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 5 und allen davon abhängigen Ansprüchen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Montageelement (30) aus einem steifen oder im wesentlichen steifen Element besteht, das das Greifelement für die Vorrichtung bilden kann.
  17. Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Montageelement (30) aus einem ringförmigen Element (30) besteht, das den Behälter (40) aufnehmen kann.
  18. Verwendung einer Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche zum Auftragen einer Schlankheitscreme oder eines straffenden Produkts.
