Claims (8)

  1. Scharnier mit Drehmomentregelung mit wenigstens einer beweglichen Öse (4a), die zwischen zwei feststehenden Ösen (3a, 3b) angeordnet ist, einem Stift (5), der durch alle Ösen (3a, 4a, 3b) hindurch verläuft, und Mitteln zum Ausüben eines Bremsmoments auf die bewegliche Öse (4a),
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stift (5) von einem radial verformbaren Zylinderkörper (8) gebildet ist, der eine zylindrische innere Höhlung (10) besitzt, die an einem der Enden des Körpers mündet und am anderen Ende einen Boden (11) aufweist, in dem eine axiale Öffnung mit Innengewinde ausgebildet ist, deren Durchmesser kleiner ist als der Durchmesser der Höhlung (10), wobei der Zylinderkörper (8) ferner Mittel (19a, 19b) aufweist, die dessen Drehung in Bezug auf wenigstens eine der feststehenden Ösen (3a, 3b) verhindern, und
    dadurch, dass die Mittel zum Ausüben eines Bremsmoments eine Schraube (12) umfassen, deren Kopf (13) im Eingang der Höhlung (10) lagert und deren Schaft (14) in einem Gewinde (15) endet, das mit der axialen Öffnung mit Innengewinde des Zylinderkörpers (8) zusammenwirkt, sowie Hülsen (18, 18a, 18b) aus halbstarrem Elastomer und ringförmige starre Abstandsstücke (16, 21), die alternierend auf den Schaft (14) der Schraube (12) aufgeschoben und derart dimensioniert sind, dass der den Schaft (14) umgebende ringförmige Raum der Höhlung ausgefüllt ist, wobei die Elastomer-Hülsen den beweglichen Ösen (4a) gegenüber angeordnet sind, damit ein Anziehen der Schraube (12) ein Zusammendrücken der Hülsen (18, 18a, 18b) und eine radiale Ausdehnung der in den beweglichen Ösen (4a) angeordneten Teile (9a) der zylindrischen Wand (9) des Körpers (8) bewirkt.
  2. Scharnier nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel zum Blockieren der Drehung des Zylinderkörpers (8) in Bezug auf eine feststehende Öse (3a, 3b) einen auf der Umfangswand (9) des Zylinderkörpers (8) ausgebildeten radialen Vorsprung (19a, 19b) und eine in der Innenwand der Öse (3a, 3b) ausgebildete axiale Nut (6a, 6b) zum Aufnehmen des Vorsprungs (19a, 19b) umfassen.
  3. Scharnier nach Anspruch 2,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Vorsprung (19a, 19b) von einer axialen Rippe gebildet ist, die im Wesentlichen über den gesamten Umfang der betreffenden feststehenden Öse (3a, 3b) verläuft.
  4. Scharnier nach Anspruch 3,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Zylinderkörper (8) einen Vorsprung (19a, 19b) gegenüber jeder feststehenden Öse (3a, 3b) aufweist, wobei die feststehenden Ösen fluchtend angeordnete axiale Nuten (6a, 6b) umfassen, und dadurch, dass die beweglichen Ösen (4a) jeweils eine axiale Nut (6c) aufweisen, die in einer vorbestimmten Montage- und Demontageposition des Stifts (5) mit den Nuten (6a, 6b) der feststehenden Ösen (3a, 3b) fluchtend angeordnet zu werden vermögen.
  5. Kartusche, die dazu bestimmt ist, ein Scharnier zu bremsen, das wenigstens eine bewegliche Öse (4a) umfasst, die zwischen zwei feststehenden Ösen (3a, 3b) angeordnet ist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie umfasst:
    einen radial verformbaren Zylinderkörper (8), der dazu bestimmt ist, in den Ösen (3a, 3b, 4a) angeordnet zu werden, wobei der Zylinderkörper (8) eine innere Höhlung (10) hat, die an einem der Enden des Körpers (8) mündet und am anderen Ende einen Boden (11) aufweist, in dem eine axiale Öffnung mit Innengewinde (12) ausgebildet ist, deren Durchmesser kleiner ist als der Durchmesser der Höhlung (10),
    eine Schraube (12), deren Kopf im Eingang der Höhlung (10) lagert und deren Schaft (14) in einem Gewinde (15) endet, das mit der axialen Öffnung mit Innengewinde (12) des Zylinderkörpers (8) zusammenwirkt,
    Hülsen (18, 18a, 18b) aus halbstarrem Elastomer und ringförmige starre Abstandsstücke (16, 21), die alternierend auf den Schaft (14) der Schraube (12) aufgeschoben und derart dimensioniert sind, dass der den Schaft (14) umgebende ringförmige Raum der Höhlung (10) ausgefüllt ist.
  6. Kartusche nach Anspruch 5,
    dadurch gekennzeichret, dass der Zylinderkörper (8) ferner Mittel umfasst, die dessen Drehung in Bezug auf wenigstens eine feststehende Öse (3a, 3b) verhindern.
  7. Kartusche nach Anspruch 6,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Blockiermittel wenigstens einen radialen Vorsprung (19a, 19b) umfassen, der auf der Umfangswand (9) des Zylinderkörpers (8) ausgebildet ist.
  8. Kartusche nach Anspruch 7,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Vorsprung (19a, 19b) von einer axialen Rippe gebildet ist.
