AT 317 737 B shows a ski binding in which the Heel area of the ski boot has a recess and locking elements on the ski supporting housing is provided. The in the longitudinal direction Slidable locking elements are with the help of locking springs biased. The forefoot-side locking element or the heel-side Locking elements engage in locking pans in the recess Ski boot on. The locking elements are used to release the connection by pivoting a release lever into its retracted position Position shifted. In the event of an overload, at least one of the triggers Locking elements and the ski boot are released from the ski.
A ski safety binding is described in
In the known embodiments is thus either a recess or a protruding part under the sole of the shoe provided that with the complementary attached to the ski Part should work together, the known constructions this type, however, a symmetrical tripping behavior, in particular in the event of a sudden fall. In addition, the known constructions no interaction between the holding means of the Shoe against an increase, for example in a frontal or Backward fall, and the means to hold against rotation given when a torsional force occurs.
The object of the invention is a new type of binding construction of the type mentioned at the beginning to indicate the one as possible has simple structure and the known disadvantages avoids.
According to the invention, this is achieved in that the receiving elements Independently via spring-loaded actuators are pressurized from each other. As a result, a constructively particularly simple binding construction can be obtained, where it is possible to have a non-linear trip history adjust by the provision of its own actuator for each receiving element, separated on the left and right, from each other can be regulated independently. Since usually the Contact pressure in the heel area is higher than in the toe area, the heel area acts with increased lateral load as a fulcrum, and it is therefore advantageous if the rotatable receiving elements in the toe area of the second binding part are arranged.
An interaction between the holding means of the shoe against an increase in a frontal or a backward fall and the means for stopping rotation upon occurrence of a According to another, torsional force can be brought about Aspect of the invention that the rotatable receiving element has a receiving area that is hemispherical is formed and with a projection of the first, in the sole area the binding part arranged in the shoe interlocks, the protrusion also advantageously round, preferably hemispherical, is formed.
If the second binding part has two rotatable receiving elements, between which a spacer is arranged, and these receiving elements via a spring-loaded trigger resistance element, that according to a further embodiment of the Invention is clasp-shaped and the two receiving elements tries to press on the spacer, are connected, can, by such an arrangement, the binding construction according to the invention by changing the spring pressure on the spring-loaded locking elements act directly in all directions trigger proportionally.
According to a further aspect of the invention, the adjusting devices conveniently clasp-shaped triggering resistance elements exhibit.
A particularly simple construction results if in Heel area a spring-loaded locking element is displaceable, preferably in the longitudinal direction of the ski. This leaves the connection between the first and the second binding part produce particularly easily and with little effort. In other words, that means the spring-loaded Locking element in the direction of the heel area of the first binding part is guided. By a central arrangement of the Binding construction on the winter sports equipment is achieved that in no way influences the bending line of the winter sports equipment becomes. Furthermore, by using a preferably in Ski longitudinal direction slidably guided, spring-loaded locking element the binding construction has a significantly longer return path before triggering what the security aspect of binding construction according to the invention appears not insignificant.
One for easy boarding and for a secure hold particularly favorable embodiment of the binding construction according to the invention can be achieved in that the locking element into a recess in the first, in the sole area of the Shoe arranged binding part engages, it turns out to be has shown particularly favorable when the locking element and / or the recess has at least one inclined surface, which advantageously forms a positive connection.
According to a further embodiment of the invention Binding construction can be provided that the first in Binding part arranged in the sole area of the shoe in the toe and / or Heel area of the shoe on the winter sports equipment facing side is rounded, which improves walking comfort conventional ski boots is increased considerably. Becomes the first binding part of a separate toe part with at least a projection and a separate heel part with a Formed recess, it is particularly simple to conventional Retrofit ski / snowboard boots with the binding part.
The means for releasing the binding construction according to the invention can according to a preferred embodiment according to at least a cable connected to the spring-loaded locking element include, which results in a particularly simple construction.
Bindungskonstruktionen. Außerdem ist aufgrund der verringerten
Reibung zwischen Schuh 5 und Wintersportgerät 6 ein kontrollierbarerer
Auslösevorgang gegeben. In the binding construction shown in Fig. 1 is in
Sole region of a shoe 5 a first binding
zugeordnet.
The second binding
Ein seitlicher Auslösevorgang der erfindungsgemäßen Bindungskonstruktion
1 ist in den Fig. 3 und 4 dargestellt, wobei
Fig. 3 die erfindungsgemäße Bindungskonstruktion 1 in geschlossenem
Zustand und Fig. 4 den Auslösevorgang einer derartigen
Bindungskonstruktion 1 zeigt.
A lateral release process of the binding construction according to the
Auslösen in allen Richtungen ermöglicht.
In Fig. 4, the binding
The means 21, 22, 23, 24 shown in Fig. 5 for releasing the
The
An diesen Aufsatzteilen
25 ist eine Dämpfungsvorrichtung 27 angelenkt, die
zwischen den Aufsatzteilen 25 und 25' wirkt. Die Aufsatzteile
25,25' sind an ihrem der Dämpfungsvorrichtung 3 gegenüberliegenden
Endbereich mittels Halteschrauben 26 fest mit dem Wintersportgerät
6 verbunden.
On the
Fig. 8 zeigt, dass an dem Aufsatzteil 25 Mittel 21, 22, 23,
24 zum Betätigen eines am federbelasteten Rastelement 4 (nicht
dargestellt) angelenkten Seilzuges angeordnet sind. Wird der Hebel
21 in Pfeilrichtung A beispielsweise mittels eines Skistockes
angelenkt.8 shows that means 21, 22, 23,

If the invention with reference to the above-described embodiments has been explained, it goes without saying that Modifications and means that are suitable, the inventive idea implement, are conceivable and are well within the scope of the invention. For example, at least the part of the heel area, in which the recess is arranged, height adjustable be so that the horizontal position of the shoe is changeable and so a template of the shoe is adjustable. Another embodiment provides for at least the part of the heel area in which the recess is arranged to be resilient in the horizontal direction store, so the damping properties of the invention To improve binding construction.
A combination of these features, i.e. a spring-loaded, height-adjustable part of the heel area in which the Recess for receiving the spring-loaded locking element arranged is, is quite conceivable.
