Description

The invention relates to a shift lock for multi-bolt locks on a wing, for example on a sliding door, with at least one guided behind a cuff rail push rod for the latch operation and with a spring-loaded probe, which passes through the push rod in a slot approximately at right angles, head above the face plate protrudes and at Closing of the wing of a stock-side stop zurückschie13bbar, wherein the sensing pin is connected to a parallel to the push rod and at a distance to this in a housing parallel slidably guided bridge which carries a push rod facing the locking pin, the open wing in a recess of the Push rod whose displacement engages blocking and emerges with the wing closed and inserted stylus from the recess of the push rod and releases their displacement.

Such a shift lock is in the EP 0942 132 A1 described. Of the EP 1 004 735 A1 is also a shift lock by means of Tastbolzen removed.

In many cases, such a shift lock against incorrect operation is desirable. But there are also installation situations in which a blocking function, for example because of the above stylus or for other reasons is not sought. Of course it is possible, push rods and fittings with or without the shift lock according to the EP 0942 132 A1 manufacture and offer. However, in order to limit the variety of products and to give the customer on site at the construction site or when installing the multi-bolt fasteners in the short term the decision whether the function in question is desired or not, a particular embodiment of a shift lock is to be created. This is characterized in that the bridge with the locking pin in its retracted position without function in the housing by a screw which holds the bridge on the rear wall and engages starting from the rear wall of the housing in a threaded bore of the bridge, is fixed in position. If the Locking bolt is held so that it can not dip into a recess of the push rod, then the feeler bolt is always retracted and the operation of the push rod always possible. It can be unscrewed the stylus in this non-functional position of the bridge and the locking bolt from the bridge. A particular embodiment is characterized in that the threaded bore for the screw passes through the bridge and from the side facing away from the faceplate, the screw or from the side facing the faceplate of the sensing pin is screwed. In one and the same threaded hole can be screwed either on the one hand the feeler bolt and on the other hand, the screw for fixing the position. It is also expedient if the feeler bolt to adjust its the cuff rail in the direction of a stock-side attack superior, the gap air between the floor and closed wing adapted Tastlänge screwed into the threaded hole in different depths or optionally durchschraubbar, wherein when screwing the feeler from the threaded hole emerges and passes through a hole in the rear wall of the housing. To screw in using an Allen key, the stylus can wear a hexagonal recess on the front side. The screwing or adjustment must be made stiff, so that unintentional adjustment, eg in operation, is not possible. A particular embodiment provides that the feeler bolt, the front side into the threaded hole of the bridge can be screwed to disengage the shift lock screwed as a screw from the back of the bridge in the threaded hole for the retracted positional fixation of the bridge and thus the locking bolt in the release position for the push rod movement is. For this purpose, the sensing pin on a collar with which the probe pin is supported on the rear wall of the enclosure of the passage opening so that a rotation screwing into the threaded hole of the bridge or the locking bolt means and this component is used and pressed against the rear wall of the housing.

An embodiment of the shift lock according to the invention is shown in the drawings. Fig. 1 shows a shift lock in longitudinal section along the line II in Fig. 2 with the door open, Fig. 2 is a section along the line II-II in Fig. 1, Fig. 3, the shift lock of FIG. 1 with the door closed, and Fig. 4 out of service or disengaged shift lock.

Die Schaltsperre kann auch zusätzlich zu bekannten Maßnahmen im Mehrriegelschloß vorgesehen sein.1, a push rod 2 is guided as part of a multi-bolt closure below a faceplate 1. About the push rod 2 bars are brought into the locked position. For this purpose, a door which carries the multi-bolt lock and the faceplate 1 and the push rod 2 must be closed, because otherwise the bars engage in the void and not in the designated lock pockets of strikers on the floor. The latter are not shown here. Figs. 1 and 2 illustrate the situation with the door open. The feeler pin 3 extends beyond a slot 4 of the push rod 2 and is mounted on a bridge 5 designed as a slider in a housing 6. The bridge 5 is displaceable transversely to the push rod 2 in the housing 6 against the force of a spring 7. The bridge 5 carries at its, the Tastbolzen 3 opposite end, a locking pin 8 which engages in an opening 9 of the push rod 2. The opening 9 corresponds approximately to the cross section of the locking bolt 8. It can be slightly larger for tolerance reasons, as shown in the figures. The locking pin 8 thus blocked any pushing movement of the push rod 2 and prevents the door or the latch are brought into the locked position with the door open. This would have the consequence that the bars when closing the door hit hard against the stick or the or the closing pieces and possibly bent. The shift lock according to the invention is directly associated with the push rod 2; It can be provided several times, if, for example, a lock up and down and to the side and thus push rods 2 run on several sides of the door leaf. The shift lock can also be provided in addition to known measures in multi-bolt lock.

The locking of the push rod 2 takes place - in particular Fig. 2 can be clearly seen, not merely by immersing the locking bolt 8 in the approximately corresponding opening 9, but also by both sides of the bridge 5 approximately centrally between the probe pin 3 and locking pin 8 arranged projections 10 which engage in lateral recesses 11 in the form of constrictions of the push rod 2. Apart from an increase in the security of blocking results from these lateral projections 10 on the bridge 5 and the corresponding recesses 11 on the push rod 2 yet another special effect, which is clearly apparent from Fig. 3. It must namely be prevented that the shift lock engages with the door closed and thus prevents proper locking. According to Fig. 3, the locking pin 8 could engage in the slot 4, if, for example, by a too large game of feeler pin 3 with the door closed slightly more than drawn on the face plate 1 can occur. In order to prevent such locking and locking of the multi-bolt closure, the projections 10 are provided. These are in fact fed to the surface of the push rod 2, laterally adjacent to the slot 4 and keep the bridge 5 and thus the locking pin 8 from performing a movement in the sense of relaxation of the spring and blocking in an opening or a slot of the push rod 2 penetrate.

Only when the unlocking and opening of the shutter, the push rod 2 is moved from the position of FIG. 3 in the position of FIG. 2, in which the bolt of the multi-bolt closure are open or retracted and therefore not damaged when closing the door can, the projections 10 can engage in the then aligned recesses 11 and the locking pin 8 in the then aligned opening 9. As a result, an incorrect operation with the door open (Fig. 1: Tastbolzen 3 ejected) excluded.

The feeler pin 3 is shown here for a sliding door, when closing the sliding door (in Fig. 1 to the left) proposes the feeler pin 2 with its end face against the door frame. There may be no recess provided there. The sensing pin 2 is pushed back and it results in the situation of FIG. 3. Thus, the multi-bolt lock can be operated only when the door is closed.

Even with hinged doors (so-called left or right doors), the shift lock can be applied. It is then necessary that the probe pin 3 is sharpened, for example, cone-shaped or - if it is secured against rotation - has an inlet slope in the sense of a trap.

To disable the shift lock when such a function, e.g. As a result of the installation situation is not desired, the bridge 5 and thus the locking pin 8 are held in their withdrawn relative to the push rod 2 position in the housing 6. This condition is shown in FIG. A screw 12, the threaded shaft reaches a threaded hole in the bridge 5, passes through a bore 13 in the rear wall of the housing 6 and is supported with its screw head at the boundary of this bore 13 from. If the screw 12 is rotated, then the bridge 5 is pulled against the rear wall of the housing 6 and thus the locking pin 8 permanently brought out of engagement with the opening 9 in the push rod 2. The sensing pin 3 is also retracted or, as shown in FIG. 4, previously unscrewed and removed. In Fig. 4, one and the same threaded hole in the bridge 5 is used from one side for the sensing pin 3 and from the other side for the screw 12.

The sensing pin 3 can be screwed into the aforementioned threaded hole in the bridge 5 with different projection and adjusted or adjusted to the gap air with the wing closed. The thread of the probe pin 3 must be difficult to screw in, so that it does not move during operation. For adjustment, the feeler pin 3 on the head side a recessed positive connection for a tool (eg hex recess for an Allen key) on. The shaft of the Tastbolzens 3 can project beyond the rear wall of the housing 6 through the bore 13 therethrough. The feeler pin 3 can take over even the function of the screw 12 and with appropriate length (eg: housing depth + push rod thickness + Stulpschienenstärke) are screwed from the rear side of the housing through the bore 13 to withdraw the bridge 5 and thus put the locking pin 8 out of function. Tastpin 3, bridge 5 and locking pin 8 could also be made as a one-piece device. Instead of a screw 12, a locking of the retracted position of the locking bolt 8 could be provided, which the locking pin 8 permanently retracted as with a closed wing and thus holds functionless.

Switch stop for multi-bolt locks on a leaf, for example on a sliding door, comprising at least one push rod (2) guided behind a face-plate rail (1) for actuation of the bolt, and comprising a sprung tracer pin (3), which penetrates the push rod (2) in a slot (4), approximately at right angles, projects over the face-plate rail (1) on the head side and can be pushed back from a stop on the jamb side when the leaf is closed, wherein the tracer pin (3) is connected to a bridge (5) located parallel to the push rod (2) and displaceably guided in parallel at a spacing from the latter in a housing (6), the bridge carrying a latching pin (8) which faces the push rod (2) and engages in a recess (9) of the push rod (2) blocking displacment thereof, when the leaf is open and which, when the leaf is closed and the tracer pin (3) is inserted, emerges from the recess (9) of the push rod (2) and releases its displacement, characterised in that the bridge (5) with the latching pin (8) can be fixed in position in its pushed-back functionless position in the housing (6) by a screw (12), which holds the bridge (5) on the housing rear wall and extending from the housing rear wall, engages in a threaded bore of the bridge (5).
  2. Switch stop according to claim 1, characterised in that the threaded bore for the screw (12) penetrates the bridge (5) and the screw (12) can be screwed in from the side remote from the face-plate rail (1) and the tracer pin (3) can be screwed in from the side facing the face-plate rail (1).
  3. Switch stop according to claim 2, characterised in that the tracer pin (3) can be screwed into the threaded bore to a varying depth, or optionally also screwed through, to adjust its contact length projecting over the face-plate rail (1) in the direction of a jamb-side stop and adapted to the air gap between the jamb and the closed leaf, wherein, on screwing through, the tracer pin (3) exits from the threaded bore and penetrates a bore (13) of the rear wall of the housing (6).
  4. Switch stop according to claim 1, characterised in that the tracer pin (3), which can be screwed at the front into the threaded bore of the bridge (5), to deactivate the switch stop, can be screwed in as a screw (12) from the rear of the bridge (5) in its threaded bore to fix the drawn-back position of the bridge (5) and therefore of the latching pin (8) in the release position for the push rod movement.
